Took 4 days to respond to just say it was sold. I had the check ready for that truck. I am 2 hours away so wanted to make sure it was still available and it was during the week when I reached out. Poor internet customer service. Internet department needs to check their ego.

WASTE OF TIME! Their online department refuses to answer questions or give straight responses. I feel scammed before I even entered the building. Avoid.

The dealer was great very helpful someone got in touch with me right away regarding the car I was interested in and told me that they would get back to me when the car was ready. days later they called me back and when over to pick up the car. David was very helpful in the process.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.Initial contact was I’m not worthy then when I finally approached Jack my salesman told me they didn’t have the car after I drove 2+ hours to get there. Very disappointed I asked for the manager and after he explained my situation the manager laughed and continued a phone call. Not to mention after this all happened he just went inside and sat downWithout any explanation. Never again as my referring dealer was very embarrassed also. If I could give them a minus I would.

I didn’t purchased this vehicle because someone beat me to it but my sales consultant was second to none! Andreas was very informative, his product knowledge was superb and he was very familiar with his inventory and what was coming soon. The attention to detail and level of customer service exceeded what I expected from Land Rover! If you are in the market for a Land Rover, ask for Andreas.

I showed up and a tall Afrian American man did not want to help and did not want to show me a car, the one I found on this site he said it’s not ready but why would they put it up and then I found one on the lot and that’s the one he didn’t want To show me so he said something like “I thought I was going home early today” I guess he didn’t want to sell me a car so I walked out.

They had the vehicle that I was interested in but my contact informed me that the state of California cannot accept trades from Arizona, (I had a 2016 Veloster Turbo with a clear Az title. I went on to purchase a similar vehicle that accepted my trade in Scottsdale Az.

I called Jaguar Thousand Oaks to purchase a new 2017 XF. Explaining to the sales guy that I live 40 miles away, and did not want to drive that far unless I new the price and that they had the exact car I wanted. The sales guy had not heard of the Jaguar incentives, and, after checking, said his boss was unwilling to negotiate them into the deal. He became quite rude when I pressed him about honoring Jaguar's incentives. He checked again, and his boss then offered me $1,500.00 off the MSRP. That is way less than most websites say the car should sell for. He basically said that is their price...take it or leave it. So I bought the car elsewhere and was given all of the corp incentives, including the buyer loyalty, and a 4K discount, totaling $14,000 off the MSRP. I was very disappointed with JTO, as I bought my first Jag there, and the one I just bought is my 9th. I've never had that kind of disrespectful treatment from any dealership, let alone a Jaguar dealership. Shame on them.
