Salesman was nice but unwilling to negotiate. He offered $1000 off the price which just so happened to be the price of a package that they were trying to sell. Bought basically the same car a year newer the very next day for what I was willing to pay for the one they had. Hard to believe that they let a sell walk out of the door with very little effort to compromise on a deal. I guess that’s how “higher end” dealerships operate. I drove two hours in a rental and was ready to buy and they let me walk. Two days later I’ve received an email, a phone call, and a text message asking if I was still considering buying. How about you value your customers while you have them in the store instead of playing dealership games.

The sales woman, Sibel...or Sible...was nice and took us on a test drive. The car, unfortunatel, is messed up
mechanically. Jerking when at a stop with foot on brake, accelerating irratically when starting under normal foot
pressure from stop.
Asked Sibel to contaxt us once they got the problem fixed. That was a week ago w/o any contact.

They were really nice but unfortunately we couldn't get the deal done (price of the vehicle )
I asked about a specific type of car, they tried to give me another model, they did not try to explain the matter until I corrected their offer.
