Land Rover South Dade

I got a proposal on this car at 8 o’clock at night. We made an appointment for 10 AM the next day. JOSE, the sales person was not even working that day, although he scheduled the appointment, and they sold the car earlier that morning. Waste of 3 hours drive and terrible communication.

Professional. Courteous. Responsive. I did purchase a car there. Pretty busy that day. I was handed off to another salesman when I arrived. (I had been in contact with a different one on the phone leading up to my arrival). I was a little miffed at this, but it all worked out in the end. As I said, they were busy. With a few back and forths, we agreed on a price. And the car had to be detailed and was really clean when presented. Instead of giving complete accolades to a sales team only, I want to express a thank you to the guys in the back that worked on this car after the dealership had closed. Cudos!! Job well done! I would do business with this location again. Thanks all!!

This is a scam listing, intended to generate leads for the dealer. I was contacted and told the vehicle was no longer available 2 weeks ago, then I was pushed listings for other (not relevant) cars. The listing is still up on CarGurus, scamming the next guy.

I wouldn't buy from them again. the car turned out to be better than I expected but the responses were slow, incomplete or not at all. Not once did a Manager call or contact me. I left 2 messages with Finance and emailed a Manager to get confirmation my wire hit and no one responded.

Vehicle was not at all as described in the ad very disappointed in their attitude and the way they handle the situation. Was a long three hour ride to Miami and a longer three hour and a half ride back with no car

Took 2 days to speak to a sales person. Made a firm offer, said they would confirm in 20 minutes. I had to call back the next day and they had sold the car out from under me.

5 star no doubt. Leo was very honest and has a great attitude.

The first salesman I spoke to said the car I wanted on CarGurus was not longer available (the car I inquired on was just listed on CarGurus that morning). He said he would check both dealerships inventory and call me right back ... I still haven't heard from him. I then spoke to another salesman who said the three Land Rovers they had in stock were $10,000 more than the stated price on the CarGurus website. I will call Palm Beach Land Rover next.
