Excellent customer service & straight forward about their vehicle's.
This place was awesome, there was no sales pressure from my contact with my Sales Agent, Misfin, he was very nice and gave me all the information quickly and did not change the sales contract that some dealership practice. Anyway love my car and the sales experience I had throughout this buying process.

This dealer responded to my message but I was unable to get to the dealership During our message the contact person stated cash only then later stated that they had financing Not sure why he changed the terms

me through text message even when the car was already gone. I appreciated their quick response and ease in
being able to contact them.

Initially someone said the listing was mistakenly made public when it should have been a wholesale listing. then someone said it was a mistake and was a mixup for limited
warranty info. Either way, this was a waste of my time.

Best experience , in and out in 1.5 hrs . Made prior atlrrsgehrs over the phone prior to arriving , they were willing to adjust the price before I went over . They filled up the gas tank before I drove off the car . No gimmicks , they are straight up
They answered with an automated email initially then called. I offered to buy the car they told me it is too difficult to sell to someone out of state even though I offered
deposit and was approved with all financing. Very frustrating as I’ve never offered to buy a car as is and Ben turned down. Note to buyers go somewhere else. The worst
car buying experience by far. Would rate "no stars" if that was an option.

knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I went back
after my initial visit and followed though with a
purchase.
For those that aren’t aware, 5yr/60k mile
warranty, they pay for scheduled services during
that time.

I really dislike how the seller came at me on the phone. Made me feel like I was wasting his time. He kept asking me how I was going pay for it and I told him fiancé. Who I’m going through. And told me I have to get finance through them first before I can go through my bank. I didn’t get it. But I already had my check in hand. In the other hand I guess that mean take my business some where else.

The dealer had the car out front and ready for my test drive before I even arrived. They worked diligently to
get my application approved at the rate I needed and only slightly above the monthly payment that I
requested. Steven was very sweet and helpful and fun to talk to. Definitely enjoyed my experience and
LOVE my Jeep.

purchased this car... detailed and completely serviced, new tires, new
brakes, new wipers, etc..... friendly, patient, professional. Bumper to
Bumper warranty until March 2021 at no extra cost. Like new inside and out.

The experience I had at this dealership was ideal. I had gone to another dealership the day before and it felt like"even after I explained what I was looking for." They had no clue. When I met my salesman"Jean Paul" he just seemed to get it... I drove off about an hour later with car I wanted and still can't stop looking at. Great experience and interaction with everyone that I had contact with.

No one ever have me a call back after I missed their first call. I called back several times and left message but NEVER got a response
Was welcomed by friendly staff, then sales rep came out and everything changed. Didn't know much about the car he was trying to sell. When I asked him about the why the car had a lemon tittle he got defensive and said previous owner was just too picky. When he asked me if I was interested and I had said yes, he asked me how I was paying he said are you paying cash? Paused or are you going to finance? When I said finance he's attitude completely changed(for the record I was going to buy the car) he then said you need to have a 609 credit score or higher and atleast 20% down to buy this vehicle. He had not ran my credit he didn't even know how much I was putting down but he already acted like I was only putting $20 down and had terrible credit. At that point I didn't feel comfortable and stared thinking about buy the car at this location. When the sales rep saw I had paused he said "don't waste my time and I won't waste yours" when he said that I told him I wasn't interested anymore and left. I drove to a Audi dealer by my house put $20k down and bought a 2017 Audi Q7. This was my first experience in a Land Rover dealer and my last.

I'm about 60 plus miles from dealer and had (2) vehicles to trade and they claimed I was neg equity on both traveled half the miles and got my Range Rover for less $ and got $ back on (1) trade.The push is to lease but check the fine print in 39 months w/down your making ownership payments for just leasing.

Very small and sad inventory, salesman didn't even want to test drive the car I wanted, and told me so..Very poor communication and NO follow up whatsoever. after I test drove 3 cars.
