Rockland Land Rover told me the 2021 Land
Rover Defender was Certified Pre Owned, but the
1 year warranty would cost an additional
$3050. Spoke to a different Land Rover
dealership and they said their CPO vehicles have
the one year warranty doesn't cost $, the 2 year
warranty cost
$2500 (Rockland never offered the 2 year
warranty until I mentioned what the other LR
dealership said). Either Rockland Land Rover has
a large
disconnect with the Land Rover company policy
in regards to CPO vehicles? or sad to say they are
hoping to gouge as much money out of
the customer as possible? do your research when
buying here.

I inquired about the vehicle when it was first listed for $33,913. I asked whether it was CPO or not. I was told it was not CPO due to the age. A few days later I was told it was going to be repriced at $37,500 because it was being brought up to LR CPO standards. Now it’s listed at $38,000. I give up.
They were great, Unfortunately we did not make a
deal, the vehicle was sold. I got there a couple of
days late.

Play games with pricing to get your attention and
donât honor the price. Increased price 3 times in
under a week. Called to confirm availability and
price was raised asked via email for them to honor
and they would not. I donât leave many review
especially negative but this seemed necessary and
Iâm glad I didnât head down from out of state.

Great experience. The dealership was clean and everyone was courteous, and they kept appropriate distance
while wearing masks all the time!
When i first went to check out the car, Adam (the salesperson) made sure the car was already turned on and
the AC was on, so we wouldn't feel the heat. I truly appreciated the thinking ahead. He was great and I bought
the car right after the test drive. I have been driving the car for almost two months now and i enjoy it every day.

My questions via emailed were never answered. His goal was to get me in the dealership where he thought he could close. My goal was to have my questions answered so I wouldn’t waste my time. I never made it to Hanover!

Very responsive and felt like I was treated fairly. We were really close to making a deal,
just fell a little short. Jhul was great and tried very hard to make the deal work, even came

Initial contact back was via e-mail but vague. Company does not ship vehicles but had available choices. When asked why they did not ship the salesman stated that they did not guarantee against damages during shipping process. Although I see that as a fair statement it raised the question of whether Land Rover would fix issues incurred during shipping. Additionally, I was quoted $2,250 to install a tow package which is unreal and a hint to maintenance costs should the need ever arise.

Excellent place to do business with. Jhul and Bruce were great! We came by without any appointment, they brought the car out and we test drove it. Gave us a good price but we had another offer from another dealership earlier. We wanted to look at the other car again. Afterward we went with another car brand but Land Rover Hanover was gracious with their follow up and told me that they will be there if I ever change my mind or interested in something else. Thumbs up, A+++.

Upper management were very pleasant to deal with but one. He was very pushy and obnoxious while at the same time, felt like he wanted to argue with me to the point I became a little angry and had to say my goodbyes and hang up. If not for him, I would of given this dealership 5 stars. It's all about customer service and transparency - since dealerships are a dime a dozen but a dealership that stands out is what customers are willing to pay for and sometimes a little more for it.

An overall great experience! I bought a pre owned Range Rover Sport. Vehicle was as advertised and ready for test drive when I arrived (as promised). I got a fair price for my trade as well. Made the car buying experience enjoyable.

Land Rover of Hanover contacted me within 10 minutes of my inquiry, they were great to deal with over the phone & not pushy at all. I was able to travel to the dealership a few days later & test drive the truck. I was very satisfied with the truck & dealership so I ended up buying the truck that day. I would buy another vehicle from Land Rover of Hanover again. Brendan Saur was my main contact & he took care of everything.
Everything went smooth and they were very easy to deal with. We agreed on a fair price I was happy with very easily. The only issue I had which wasn’t really their fault was I had to wait a little over two weeks to get the car because there was an issue with the title coming from the bank. If I didn’t have to wait so long I’d give them 5 Stars.
