The staff was amazing. Dana brought the car to my place of employment so that I could do a Test Dr., Shelton did the financing in less than an hour. I was able to pick up my new vehicle and I love it.

Poor shopping experience. Was first contacted by a Mr. Burns, exchanged trade-in info, “said I’m on it” he goes dark. I then get another text from a Sharon who I then correspond with, left off with “ I’ll check with my manger”, then receive a 3rd text from a Brenda, “I see you are no longer interested in the vehicle”???? I respond, how confusing….why would 3 people from the same dealership be contacting me. She then goes into a lengthy review of each persons title. Like I care??? I’m here to buy a car, not for a class on your operating structure. Hard Pass.

Upon initial inquiry, I spoke with a salesman about vehicle details. I received follow-up emails afterward and was told I could schedule the video walk-around since I live in Charlotte, NC, and the vehicle was at the dealership in Greensboro, NC. They neglected calling me on appointed time, and I ended up having to speak with about 3 salesmen altogether before I convinced the last one of my serious intent to purchase. That made the sale experience seem mishandled in the beginning. After a couple tries to schedule delivery, the order fulfillment process was smoothe sailing at delivery.

Was not a good experience! No one walked outside to ask us if we needed assistance. We had to walk inside to ask for help. I left my number because this vehicle was on hold by another customer and no one called me back about the vehicle like they said they would. I had to call them to follow up. Their customer service was horrible and I never would have thought this dealership would be like that. That was the first and last visit I will ever make to this business nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.
