I set up an appoint to test drive the night before and was going to come in only to be told that someone
else was test driving the vehicle. I was then told that if they didn't buy it I could put a hold on it. I spoke
with two different people that morning and not one person told me I could hold it. They also suggested I
drive in ( 35 minutes) just in case the customer didn't buy it. That was very bizarre to me as I would never
want to pressure another buyer or be there for them to try to sell me something I didn't want. Sure
enough the next day that is what Carrie tried to do, sent me an email with all these other jeeps. I was also
encouraged to buy their extended warranty by Justin when I had not even purchased a car. Not a good
experience at all unfortunately. I would not recommend this dealership.

I called to inquire about a range rover I was interested in so they scheduled me for a test drive. The next day when I arrived for the test drive they told me they sold the vehicle. They offered no explanation very unprofessional.

I actually ended up buying a car from these guys. The sales person I
worked with was named LaNita. She was always very courteous and quick
to respond to questions and requests throughout the entire process. I flew
in from out of town to buy the car and they were there waiting for me at the
airport to drive me to the dealership. When I got there all the paperwork
was ready and waiting for me to review and sign. I was out of the
dealership and on my way home within about 30 minutes. They did offer
some add on items like extended warranty's but moved on quickly after I
declined. I was impressed and would buy from them again.

Ali, we received your lead after our business hours at 9:15pm, we responded via email at 8:16am before we our sales hours begin at 9:00am. The lead did not have a valid phone number for you so we could not call you personally before you called in at 10:34am. That vehicle was sold at the end of the business day before, just a couple of hours before you inquired and unfortunately there is a time lag of 12 to 24 hours for sold units to be removed from the Cargurus website.
