Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I sent an email after hours and Alan contacted me at 8am the very next morning. I ended up purchasing the car! He set up delivery. The delivery guy came exactly at the time he was supposed to arrive! Excellent customer service!! Will purchase my next car with them if needed!

The online manager contacted me almost immediately on the Friday evening to say the car was available. She gave me the information for the salesperson who would contact me. When I had not heard from him by Saturday morning I emailed him saying I was interested in the car to please get in touch with me. When he still did not contact me by email I called him Saturday afternoon only to have him tell me that the car had been sold that morning. Very disappointing.

Completely awful. We agreed to a price on a car, and then I was told that I needed to complete the transaction on a Tuesday before the March incentives ended. I promptly fill out credit app and sent in. Was then told I had excellent credit and that the GM said I didn’t have anything to worry about. Then Wednesday rolls around and I am told that incentives changed, and that it would now be more than $200 dollars a month more expensive. He said he “had never seen that happen before”. He was not apologetic at all, and basically said it was my fault, that he told me the incentives were ending. I reminded him that this was why I hurried to get my credit app in, and he said that you have to take possession of the car by that date and I hadn’t seen it yet. I advised that I was buying a car sold as “new” (even though it was a service loaner) on the internet, there was no expectation of seeing it in person. I also said that I couldn’t believe Jaguar would not honor a quote they gave someone, and he said “that was not a quote”, despite the PDFs he sent me being labeled “Matt quote” and “Matt final quote”. One word SHADY. Avoid at all costs.

Bought the car. Modern facility, but took over five hours to process the deal due to waiting on sensor repair, etc., etc. Very polite, cordial.

Tried to mislead me about the car. Finally after I talked to the sales manager the salesman came clean and told me the car was not a nice as I had first been told.

Offered me an atrocious contract, "As-Is" and waiving all rights. Salesman made the ridiculous claim that it was Federal Law that he had to offer that type of contract. Buyer beware!
