Am so happy you sent me this message because I can tell you how mad am first went a send a message regarding the car they keep calling me and they keep checking on me day when I tell him I apply online with capital one to get a car the person who was texting me say good. You just need to send me a second application on the dealership and he ask me when you’re coming I sed probably on Friday any way next day I found it I what car was sold I found out online. They didn’t text me or call me and say they car they you were interested is being sold nothing :(

Used car buyers of this dealership beware!! Deceptive and shady salesmen who show no respect to their potential customers. After negotiating for a one owner, low miles, no accident car for a price still over KBB and taking the day off to make the 6 hour trip to VA, we find the car had indeed very clearly been in an accident and needed body work. The dealer claimed 1) he was not aware of it - BS! and 2) they did not have to disclose it because it was pictured. While the pictures were taken from every side of the car, the one with the damage was very cleverly and manipulately captured so as to hide it. Why they didn't fix it in the first place or disclose what they were truly trying to sell is beyond me and furthermore they were willing to make no concessions except to now have it fixed and shipped to us. Well that trust was already broken. Felt like I had shown up to a cutrate buy here pay here lot and felt completely disrespected. Don't waste your time with them!

Buyer beware. I went to purchase a car today and had quite a bait and switch from this dealership. I worked with Tour and internet sales for 24 hours to get through the details on the car. Note they had replaced the rear axles and did not disclose. I happen to find out about it. After I went through due diligence, I was told to sign a one pager to secure the car and a link for the deposit would come. I signed immediately and then sat …. Come to find out they were playing me. They sat on the deposit link while they sold the car out from underneath me. I’ve bought Lexus, Mercedes and BMW. I’ve never had this. Lots of add on fees to the deal too.

Dealer representative was extremely helpful however experience was marred by a “certified pre-owned vehicle” delivered that had a turbo o-ring failure within hours of delivery. Very disappointing.

i asked a simple question about whether the vehicle had heads up display and i got
6 emails
- the first two of which just wanted my phone number to call and talk.
- the next couple were canned emails asking if i was still interested
- a couple from other sales/mgrs asking if i got my questions answered and vowing
to get me answer (simply walk out to the car and look then answer me)
none of them answered my question. I give up.
I’m from out of town and REALLY wanted this car. We negotiated a price and when I asked for it in writing and to make a deposit, the sales rep said “you have my word”. I called the finance manager to get confirmation and he never returned my 2 calls. I went with a different dealership and had a fantastic experience.

Dealership is about 70 miles from my house in densely populated Northern Virginia, so the drive was like an hour and a half each way. Collin
sent me pictures of his car and gave me a good faith estimate on my trade remotely. When I got to the dealer, we were able to knock
everything out quickly once I got there. (I hate sitting around a dealership doing nothing)
I was in my new truck on my way home in less than 2 hours (including the time to transfer my belongings to the new vehicle)

I will not mention any names....... A sales person and I were emailing back and fourth many times. I asked 2
specific questions. He responded with an email asking if he could still help me, 7 DAYS LATER!(he never
answered the 2 specific questions) I informed him that we opted to go to another dealership. That other
dealership was incredibly responsive. I told this sales person that he had a ready, willing, and financially able
person and he completely dropped the ball. Your dealership lost a sale due to a lazy employee. I own several
companies. we get rid of lazy employees, very quickly. A lazy employee will end up costing you a lot of money.

Horrible experience buying a used vehicle with issues! They will do anything to make the sale then disappear and hide when you need something and didn’t want to own up to the issues or fixing it a day after we bought it was trying to make us take it back saying it just needed a software update! Ended up needing a back ordered computer! Wasted a week of my life I didn’t have with this place

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on April 12, 2021. I am a Maryland resident
and the vehicle needed to pass a Maryland State Inspection . I expressed to the sales associate named Favad
that my biggest fear is the vehicle subsequently not passing the inspection for whatever reason. Favad assured
me that the vehicle would pass and if it did not, they would address it. Well I took the vehicle to be inspected on
4/13/21 and it failed for warped brake rotors. I could not safely drive it back to Virginia to the dealership so I had
to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I sent all proper paperwork to Mr. Kenny Roberts and did not receive a
response. I spoke to the General Manager Roger Wildermuth who stated the brakes were good when the sold it
to me the day prior and there was nothing they could do. Once you sign the paperwork for this dealer, they could
care less about you or the vehicle you purchased. To be told the vehicle failed the inspection only because a

I asked a question on comments. They didnt answer it. Wanted to speak to me. So, Gave them my number. When they called , they didnt have answer to the basic question. Had to get back to me.
My question was centered around discrepancy of whether the vehicle was 6 spd manual orcautomatic. Their listing had discrepancys.
I had a GREAT experience with Land Rover of Alexandria. I did not experience a convoluted process and all staff members were helpful and answered all of my questions; as well as guided me through the entire process without fail.
Land Rover of Alexandria’s staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I visited the dealership to see and test drive a vehicle, and I was told I needed to see a specific
salesperson. After 3 long days over a holiday weekend I tried in vain to reach the salesperson,
even emailing and texting the exact time I was available to test drive the vehicle so it could be
planned at THEIR convenience. I would then get an automated email generated by CarGurus
signed by the salesperson, that had nothing to do with all of my communication outgoing to
him. Finally on a Tuesday I went back in to the dealership, having never reached the
salesperson. The car had been sold the entire time, and I guess the dealership decided rather
than be honest, they would keep me on the hook to sell me something else. I get enough lying
from my President. I don't need anymore from a company with which I'm spending $70K.

My sales person Jawad was great. He was professional and courteous and down to earth. I also had an amiable experience with the person in finance. I believe her. Name is Teresa. After I purchased the car I had to return to spesk with a manager. I kindly approached a woman and metioned my issue and she basically went bezerk! She raised her voice and started shouting at me in front of everyone . I then asked for the Sales Manager and she said she was the manager. After being shocked and apalled by that answer. I asked for the GM. She said he was out and won't e back until Monday. I gave her my information and she said he would call me on Monday. It didn't happen. I felt embarrassed demeaned and just plain abused, for what I don't understand.This person seemed totally out of place in comparison to the other employees I dealt with. It ruined my whole experience at that dealership and in the 20 cars I have bought in my life it was unwarrantedly the worst experience ever.

They we're very professional. I received an alert from CarGurus about the vehicle and contacted the salesman Moe. I told him I would be there in 45 min, he said he will have the car ready for me and the keys to check it out. When I got there it was in the front of the building just like he said. I drove my car off the lot within 2.5 hours or so. 1st class service!

This dealer is unethical. They agreed to a deal to sell me this
car
but the next day told me they had to reneg as the car was
already sold. Guess what, the car was still listed on car
gurus.com.
They operate as a bait and switch dealer, are
unprofessional and you can't trust them. I would never do
business with them.

and he was incredible. He was always in touch and answered ALL of my
