Hmmm, didn't seem to want to be patient and let a third party inspection take place before opening a dialogue beyond the email. Wasn't willing to wait until I was confident that what was being advertised was in fact true before playing the high pressure salesgame. Two profession have the lowest level of trust later and used car salesmen. This isn't the 1990s, not sure but think that a buyer needs are not relevant to this sales team. Seems that this one like most think it's a seller's market. This is is a need vs want, so walked away. I wouldn't recommend them.

Sales staff was very friendly and professional. I landed up purchasing a different vehicle and was very pleased until it was time to complete the purchase. First, after setting up an appointment to pickup the vehicle, the vehicle wasn’t washed and I had to wait for that to be done. Then, I had did all the paperwork needed on-line only to find out when I went to pickup the vehicle that none of the finance paperwork on-line mattered and had to start the process at the dealership which took about two hours. Mostly waiting, which I was trying to avoid by submitting everything online. I felt they really we not prepared for me to pickup/purchase the vehicle even though I completed the online process and exchanged emails with sales staff.

A response came days later. I showed up to the dealership to look for myself and not a single person came out to help or acknowledged my being there. They were very rude. I finally flagged down a gentleman who had no clue what was going on and we waited for the manager to come out and never did. So I left. I wouldn’t buy a car there if it was handed to me. Most car dealerships are jumping at the chance at a sale. This was the worst service I’ve ever received. Or non service I could say. Shop anywhere BUT here!!

I tried to trade in my vehicle which ended up being upside down too much so I mentioned another vehicle to trade in but the dealer had not even considered an option for me to keep the upside down vehicle and just trade in the older car. My score is low but not horrifyingly low.
