We drove from 5 hours away to pick up and Jose was awesome to deal with process was super easy and I will definitely be going through the Lancaster Mitsubishi group for our next vehicle

Really great experience. My daughter bought her first car at Lancaster Mitsubishi and the whole process was easy from start to finish. The pricing was fair, everything moved smoothly, and the entire staff was super friendly. Our salesperson Richard and the GM Nate were both fantastic and could not have been more helpful. Admittedly, I do not like car shopping, but they made it simple and low stress. They even stayed past closing to finish the paperwork so my daughter could drive home in her new car. I felt bad about keeping them late, but they were incredibly gracious about it. Overall, a great experience and a great place to buy a car. I definitely recommend.

I called about the truck earlier and they said they weren't sure if they were going to keep it they would let me know and they never called me and every time I called I couldn't talk to nobody about it because nobody knew anything about it very disappointed

Not disclosed of the 2k financing and their fee on certification of the car. This raised the price significantly. Eric was great but his manager not so much with the hidden fees.

Very communicative sales people. Always called if a vehicle was sold. Definitely would buy another vehicle from them. If you’re an out of state customer they definitely have experience with any questions or concerns whenever asked!

They text me several times and when I responded they did not answer. They also emailed me and I responded and they also did not answer. I am very interested in the 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Silver Editions HSE AWD

Dash cover on vehicle was separated from dash and wrinkled, locking fuel cover door was broken almost inop from switch, mis matched lug nuts on wheels, very sloppy for resale. Said it would be washed for us, was not washed had black streaks in paint from sitting rain runoff. Would not lower price, stated it was already figured in. NO deal!
