Mileage very suspicious, first bad sign, key didn’t work in Drivers side door but worked in passengers, no warranty at all, just decided to pass, body of truck had a lot of dents more than I thought should have been there “just a old work truck” I was told.

bought a vehicle I was under the impression they had remodeled and driven as business vehicle. Shortly after buying it I got a $4k to 7k quote to fix airbag. The expensive mirror just fell off the vehicle, the mirror motor broke, missing bracket on battery, seat belt tensioner issue, gear shift broke off, fenders coming up, interior cloth falling off. I am disappointed in quality of the remodel. Finally got ahold of owner after airbag issue with no help given just was told they didn't have the issue, but the dealership told me is was existing corrosion. Most recent attempts to contact owner have been fruitless. I would never return because of not being able to reach the owner when I have service issues.

Buying a used car is just that.. we all know the
deal... We bought this truck, when it was being
picked up, it made it
less than 400 miles before blowing the engine,
contacted dealer the next day .. even offered to
add an additional
3000.00 to buy a trailer they had on the lot, so
bringing back vehicle we paid 5000.00 for the
previous day and give
them 3000.00 more dollars to make it right for
both parties, no response... burned on a 5k cash
purchase... buyer
beware... they could still make it right, but I
suppose the 5k is worth it for them not to.
UPDATE:
No resolution. Anything can be said to make
either party look correct in a dispute but its just
words on a screen.

This vehicle wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I briefly mentioned what I was looking for and not only did they answer my questions regarding this vehicle, but they also told me about others they had that did meet my needs. They were friendly, helpful, and replied promptly. Though we have yet to meet, I was impressed with them, and would readily do business with them.

Veh not what it was described as. My banker called just before I arrived to view vehicle and warned me against it. Airbags replaced. Front end damage Major accident mileage discrepancy etc. When I pulled up to see it you could plainly see where repairs had been made. Vehicle was filthy inside. Could tell bondo had been used. How it didn’t have a salvage title I don’t know. Went to another dealer and bought.

I am sorry you feel that way. The truck you asked about is clearly advertised as a 5.9 Hemi engine not a 6.7 Cummins and I did verbally tell you that on the phone to make sure you knew. The credit app you submitted was sent to the banks that finance so they ran the credit. We were just trying to get you the cheapest payment possible as you ask us to. The way that cargurus is set up is through a system were they load our vehicles from another website which is carsforsale.com, so carsforsale.com copies from our website then cargurus copies from theirs ,this takes a few days for this process so when one is sold it may take a while to get it off the page...I fully understand your complaint and I have also complained about this to cargurus. Dealer came back to me in a timely manner. The information he
provided was helpful. However I set up an appointment to see
the car on a Monday but when I arrived the car had been sold.
The problem was I had to drive 2 hours to see the car and had
ask that I be given a phone call if the car got sold before I
arrived, which did not happen. The car was apparently sold on
Friday so there was time to let me know before I made the two
hour trip.

I have been emailing Lamb motors and trying to find a way down to Hamilton to see what they have there. I have a neighbor who will take me but we have to schedule it around her daughter's school time.
I still want to go there and see what they have as their people will go and look at the cars and inform you of any defects and you can make up your own mind. They are very forthcoming in their advertising, too..
