They have low advertised prices but hidden fees. They wanted another $2K for a security system that’ is “preinstalled” (their words) in vehicle. When I asked to take system out they wanted to charge me $900. Why am I paying anything preinstalled by the factory. Selling cars as is with no warranty (unless you pay for it) made it feel like they don’t have quality products.

They were never able to answer me through email if I could opt out for all those unnecessary add ons. They stopped answering me they only want to deal on the phone on times I was working.

As soon as I hit the link I got messaged by 4-5 different people from the dealership. I felt like I clicked on a virus. Specifically, there was no system for how many people would reach out to me and I was left wondering if it was even a legitimate business. I had to respond to every one of them asking them to stop messaging me.
The dealer was very quick to respond. Within minutes I received multiple emails, texts and
phone calls from multiple people and an AI. Initial impressions were okay. But, the car was
a bait and switch. It was priced below market but out the door pricing is well above. the car
itself was far rougher than the images lead me to believe. Likely the extra damage was
from bein in the lot for months? Add-ons were not negotiable until I said no and had
already driven away. I would not recommend.

Everything went smooth and they were kind and welcoming towards us. They were patient and also understanding towards us the customer. The finance manger Erika was absolutely amazing and the sales representative Marlene were extremely supportive and helpful towards my purchase. They were always there for us with reaching us out in emails and texts. 100% recommend this place if you want to make a deal.

Ben was very helpful even though I didn’t get a car from them 10 out of 10 customer service.
I went to LSM to purchase a vehicle which was advertised as a car with every possible feature available. The car never
had even ONE of the features advertised. I find their vehicles not very clean...........That is if you can find the vehicle at
all, because most of the vehicles get miraculously sold, while you are en-route to the dealership only 15 minutes away.
Dont waste your time going there as the vehicle will not exist.

The OC Auto Guys team not only contacted us but ultimately got us a deal on the Tesla we were
wishing for! I inquired about the Tesla through CarGurus and the following morning was
contacted by Ben, splendid fellow, who got us scheduled for an appointment to view the car. Our
salesperson, Aria, was great and straight to the point when answering all of our questions. The
dealership is not a bait and switch place, I'll clarify that straight up. The price listed for their cars
is competitive and below market value. At the time of our Tesla purchase, they had it listed at
$1500 under the market value, a great deal according to CarGurus. They don't do shady dealer
add-ons or secret additions to the car's purchase price. I will also point out that they will make
miracles happen. I didn't have the best of credit scores when trying to finance, but Aria and
Omar went late into the night to make sure we had a potential option to get us into the car we
wanted. We are happy with our Tesla!
Terrible to work with, they never answer, they are always busy, they say they will call and they don't, Ben and Omar are the names I worked with and they never answer. I applied on Thursday, I had to call numerous times asking for the down payment and installments, I called Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, I gave up on Monday. It's always the same excuse, I'll call you later and you never call.

I came to OC auto guys and Aria was more than helpful. I’ve had terrible experiences at other dealers in the past with all these hidden fees. Aria provides great service and they have a great selection of inventory. Aria was very transparent from the beginning and did not charge any extra hidden fees. My car was also detailed and polished, they met all my needs. I can not thank him enough for his great service to myself and my family.
The appointment to view the vehicle was welcoming, Omar was friendly and took his time to hear what I was looking for. Unfortunately even though I was considering purchasing one of their vehicles. The day after I saw and test drove the vehicle I contacted Omar and got no answer. He proceeded to text me to see what I needed. I replied saying to call me when he was available. I did not receive a call. I texted once again to see his status and nothing. Long story short, I started reading reviews about this place not getting back to you. (Even with a potential buyer) That was a red flag for me. I decided to buy from a different dealer that followed up with me and was able to meet my needs. Also the same vehicle I looked at with Oc Auto Guys, I found at this other dealer at a better price and less mileage. I gave 2 stars for Omar as he started my experience well and then didn’t get back to me in a timely manner.
The original vehicle I dropped by to look at was not at the lot. They sold it, but I guess forgot to take the listing down. Looked at a couple of
other similar models, but they are all overpriced and as typical no negotiation room. I was told I would be contacted regarding some other
vehicle they will be getting in, but nobody reached out.
Shawn and his team here are great guys. They have a vast inventory & plenty of experience in the business. They work with plenty of lenders and we’re even able to find me a 2 year warranty for my Audi.

Not a fan. I went in to give them an offer. A few days later they asked me to come in and test drive. I told them they didn’t like my offer and here is their response…
“ your offer was not even in the ball park of negotiation. whenever you are serious about buying a car... just let us know... thanks”
The funny thing is, when you negotiate, the dealer usually counters. The manager couldn’t even get out of his chair to greet his customer, he just sat their, said no to my offer and went back to what he was doing on his computer.

I was contacted by the dealer. He said I would have to put $4000
down to get a Toyota forerunner but didnât offer to work with me. I
told him I actually was trying to get the car for my son since heâs a
first time buyer and has only been at his job for one month they
said maybe we can work with him for for first time buyer but never
returned the call disappointment.
Drove one hour to see a car and when I reached they said that they had lost the keys to it. Made me wait for 30 minutes and then said come back tomorrow, if we don’t find the keys we will make a new one. I said okay, please contact me when you do. Its been 2 weeks and still no one has contacted me. So I chose not to buy a car because if they are not serious to sell it, what would I do after getting the car and finding out something is wrong, what then.
Omar was very helpful. Always quick to respond and answer my questions. He was even willing to drop the car off at my mechanic of choice to do PPI. Unfortunately the car wasn’t really in the condition I was looking for from a aesthetics standpoint at that listed price. I’m sure he would have been open to negotiate but I was being very picky on what I was looking for. I would have definitely felt comfortable purchasing a car through them. Clean shop and very easy to coordinate looking at the car.
I waited a couple weeks after purchasing the car just to write an honest review, best experience ever. Not only was the service the best but they aren’t trying to get over on anyone. They are beyond fair. The best experience i’ve ever had with getting a car in general. I appreciate the patience t they had with me and how they were able to get me in a car i never thought i’d be able to get in. Thank you guys for everything, 10/10.! Car works great!

Super nice and responsive. Let us see the car we were interested in and test drive it but couldn’t get price I needed.
I called Sean about the car and he was very polite and we worked out a time for me to come in to view the car. He allowed me to make a $400 deposit to hold onto the car for a few days. When I arrived to get the car he had just brought it back from getting washed and he let me inspect the car and test drive it. There were no issues so we proceeded to his office to close on the deal. Overall this was a good experience and I’d like to thank Sean for selling me the SUV.

Best decision ever!
I called this dealership and spoke with Shawn. I was looking for a BMW 7 series and though he had one in stock, he informed me that another potential buyer was already inquiring. Shawn told me that he would likely receive another one soon and that he would personally notify me when it arrived. He called me back after about two days telling me he just received a 2013 BMW 7 series and that if I wanted to go see it and of course I did. I took my dad with me considering I know nothing about cars and after inspecting it thoroughly, he said it was in great condition and I should absolutely buy it, especially for the price Shawn was offering. My credit wasn’t the best but Shawn did everything possible to get me the best deal and at the end of the day we all walked out of there happy.

Called to inquire about the out of door cost of a car. They took all my info (name, phone, address) and said they will follow up but never bothered to call back. Either the customer service is sloppy or they are hiding the true price of the cars as others have commented here. Not inclined to deal with this dealership.

Shawn from OC Auto Guys was very personal and knowledgeable about all questions and concerns. I bought a 2011 prius from them, I needed this car because I commute from Victorville to Ontario 43 miles to and back a total of 86 miles a day. With the prius I only pay $25 a week in gas. I would go there again if I had to buy another car, highly recommend.

We had a great experience with this dealer. I saw a car I liked; called the dealer and was able to talk to Shawn. I was able to set up an appointment on the same day. Shawn worked with us. The price that’s on the website is the price that they gave to us. Of course, taxes, registrations and documentation fees were added. The process was pretty straight forward. No high pressure sales talk which was a relief. Planning on getting a second used car from this place.

Dealt with a salesman named Shawn. They were very rude and unprofessional. I did a full online application online to help speed up the process. I called a few hours later to confirm that they recieved it. Shawn answers the phone stated they recieved it and claimed my deposit wasn't sufficient they he advised that I gave about $4500 which I was fine with. I wasn't ok with him calling me bro and talking about I'm a level with you we need more. Then he said he'll run my credit and tell me what they said but days pass by and I didn't hear anything. When I called back again he was like look they didn't approve you and hung up in my face. No can you get a cosigner or nothing.

This has by far been the best experience buying a used car. Shawn is great. He is honest, experienced, and most of all he cares about each and every person that buys a car from him. The prices can’t be beat and the service is even better. He is the buyer before we are and he makes sure to do his research so that the cars he is selling are reliable and the buyer is satisfied. I absolutely love my car and have not had one problem he even gave me a wash and detail for free and still keeps in contact to see how the car is. CONFRONTATIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE. I was greeted very nicely and professionally at first. But once we started checking the car and smelled a strong burning inside the car with the ac/heat on high that’s when the excuses and deflecting began. Test drive the car when my throat started hurting from the obvious exhaust fumes coming in the car, Victor told me it’s just the smell of the car “maybe from the shampoo”. I asked about dealers due diligence and what is done to make sure the vehicle is safe to sell? Victor immediately assured me that the car is a Used car and is very CHEAP at the fraction of the cost of a new one so all morals and ethics are out the door (what?). Since the beginning he has pushed HARD on getting a warranty or else a BMW is not worth it. He wound up arguing with me about ethics, due diligence and moral ethics. I left as quickly as I can and went straight to another dealership in Anaheim and bought a newer 2014 750 LI M package that same night.

Shawn and Victor from OC Auto Guys got me approved with a good rate for the vehicle I was interested in. I have been to a few other dealerships in the past but they either couldn't approve me with a good rate, ask for a lot of down payment or tried to sell me other vehicles which I was not interested in. I already advised a few other people who were looking for a new vehicle about my smooth experience at OC Auto Guys
This dealer does not have a public lot but a private back yard where they only do appointments to view cars. Every car I looked at has interior damage where you will have to do your own repairs. They are slightly under price for a reason...
I would say is a waste of time since all their cars are from actions & they don’t do any repairs to them...

I saw the A3 this morning. Carfax was missing documentation for two years. The car has mismatched
tires, the tire/tire pressure light was lit, and back panel was off from the seat. In addition, the difference
from the advertised price versus the asking price was almost $5,000--to include their so called
warranty. The mileage was good at 40k but the price as exponentially high for the year. Although I was
approved for the price from my own financial institution, i opted not to purchase the vehicle from OC
Auto Guys. I simply am skeptical about their business.

I did not end up buying a car from them, but these guys were nice when I went to go view the car. The first time I called
the same day, but they didn't have an appointment open. The second time I called the day before and they were able to
schedule something. I arrived right on time, but the car was in a garage with a lot of cars blocking it, so it wasn't ready for
a test drive right away. The car had more cosmetic damage than expected, but not so much that it was a deal breaker.
Otherwise the car seemed in good condition and was clean. He was up front about the cosmetic damage, gave straight
forward answers to our questions, and was not pushy at all. We decided to look elsewhere, but still might be interested so
I asked for them to text me the carfax report. They said they would do it, but I never got it.

Excellent follow up
I was interested in looking at this vehicle which is posted on CarGurus and
also on Craigslist for $100 cheaper. I sent a text to the number given on
CL at 6:40 pm on Sept. 4th hoping to schedule an appointment to view
the vehicle on the 5th. I also submitted a request for contact on CarGurus.
The only response that I received was a text message on Sept. 4th at
11:20pm which was just a bit late to say the least. The text advised that
11am on the 5th should work, but that they would get in touch with me to
confirm that time. I was looking forward to hearing back for a viewing
appointment but unfortunately, that was the last time that I had any
communication with the individual that had this vehicle for sale. At no time
did the person ever get back to me via text, phone call or email via
CarGurus. With the extreme lack of communication I had since moved on
and found another vehicle on CarGurus that I am in the process as we
speak of purchasing. Customer Service in Key!

Went for a test drive. There were a few aesthetic problems with the car that I asked them to get a quote for and they said they were happy to get back to me and never did. I drove close to an hour 1 way to come and check this car out. They left out one of the seat head screens goes on and off and the sun/moon roof don't work.

Great place and deals. I contacted Shawn let him know I was interested in a vehicle. Set up an early appointment for Saturday before their scheduled time. He made it happen with my schedule. My transaction and experience with these guys was smooth and easy. I applied for a loan via they’re website which took 5 minutes to fill out. Got a call back with the details of how I was approved and how much I needed to put down. Shawn was very kind and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me great advice on how to go about everything. The day of purchase victor showed me the Lexus RX 350 I wanted it. The whole transaction took about an hour, which was very shocking to me because I’ve been to other dealerships and they typically take half of your day away. Great guys very easy going would recommend. Thank you Victor and Shawn I love my car.

These guys are the best!! I live in West Hollywood and drove down to look at the 750Li. I was super impressed when I saw the car. It was everything I wanted and more. They helped me finance the car which was great since I am new in the country and trying to improve my credit. They have q great showroom with a lot of nice cars! You need to check them out!!

I purchased a 2014 Civic Ex-l in October 2017 and I must say the service provided by Shawn and his associates were nothing short of exemplary. I met Sid, an associate of Shawn's on the day in question and we went through details and specs of the car. I even took it for a spin which I truly enjoyed. Then came the paperwork which was when I eventually got to meet Shawn. As an owner of a small dealership, Shawn's adept to understanding the needs and wants of what customers are looking in an automobile. It's almost as though he was born for it or is just naturally gifted. At the end of the day, I got what I researched, test drove and paid for. Down the road I noticed the car came with no manual which was a bummer. I mentioned this to Shawn and although it took a minute, Shawn went above and beyond to procure a manual for me out of pocket and mailed it to my location with a little side gift that came as a complete surprise to me. In all, I'm currently satisfied with the purchase I made and I urge anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle to please check them out. They are truly Oc's auto guys.

Highly interested in 2008 BMW 5 series Sport package. Serious buyer. Ready to make an offer. Credit not an issue. Shawn exhibited professionalism he coordinated, scheduled and confirmed appointment time with sales rep Matt at their showroom.
Unfortunately vehicle wasn't in the condition expected or as described in CarGuru.
After preliminary inspection and test drive discovered
exterior color is blue on gray interior. The Image on Carguru appears to be black.
There's a dark yellow stain on driver seat including door handle. It does not have sport package as indicated. After driving noticeable pulling to the left and vibration, possible alignment and breaks or rotors.
Drove from Temecula, Ca. I was disappointed. Needless to say, sales rep Matt test drove with us.
He was very apologetic and understanding regarding misinformation and condition of vehicle. He was very willing to offer various options to keep our busines.
He ensured us the vehicle will be inspected and repaired accordingly. He saved our number and promised to follow up by Friday with additional 2008 BMW 5 series options.
I expressed interest in BMW X3, X5 or RANGE ROVER as well. I'm looking forward to making a deal. I will repost after Friday. Thanks Matt

I called to make appointment, of which we agreed on a Sunday, but I
should call a couple of days before to make sure the car was still available.
I called on Friday to confirm with the exact car details, of which he agreed,
but asked to check back with him Saturday evening. Called again as
requested, and he said it was okay, but then confirmed back to me the
wrong vehicle. I told him the vehicle again, and he said it was sold, but that
he had other cars I could look at. Nice guy, but seemed a bit "Bait and
Switch" if I am honest. I was, and am still, disappointed!

Got in contact and shawn helped get me an appt instantly. Very honest and nice employees, didn't try to pressure me into anything and did everything they could to help me get my first car. Walked me through everything and explained all the steps clearly and was very honest through out it all. Really appreciate it and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! Decent group of folks, but car in worse condition than represented. Both sides had cosmetic damages not visible in photos. I would not have made the drive down had that been disclosed, and I did ask but that was not disclosed. Otherwise amiable people and appeared way more pleasant than others I've heard about.

Shawn was friendly, helpful and mostly honest.
I came down from West LA to purchase VW from him.
I took a car for pre-buy inspection at VW dealership by my own with him and decided to purchase car. At least, he didn't make a joke about the car price. It has a fair price and good quality.
It took me 3 times to visit there which were over 300 miles for a test drive, inspection, and paper works but it was worth enough. He answered every questions I had. I would recommend others to check them out.

Contacted each other about the car a couple times, and I decided to drive
down and try to buy the car. Salesman called me at 11:00 AM the day I
had told him I was coming down to LA, and he asked what time I would
arrive to "make sure I am there." He wouldn't tell me why he wasn't going
to be at the lot--that should have been enough for me to know something
was up. "Please call about an hour before you arrive so I can be sure to be
at the lot." Again, I was concerned but drove down there anyway. My son
called--I was driving--an hour before we got there. The salesman informed
me that he couldn't be there because he was "at the dentist's office."
Really? "That's why we have appointments." REALLY? I thought that was
what we already had. I went on to another car lot. He told me he was
going to sell the car to another buyer that night. And we wonder why used
car salesmen have the reputation they do.
