After a set up appointment to meet sales representative and test drive, results were truly disappointing. First vehicle has mechanical issues and was told inspection was completed. Took one week to follow up and failed to respond. Final results they sold vehicle.

I too purchased long distance and received a vehicle NO WHERE NEAR the Condition I was told it was in. Multiple items had to be repaired/replaced. Make sure you read the actual reviews on this dealership!… Not the “they contacted me quickly” five star reviews where they actually didn’t purchase anything!

When i inquired about the vehicle they were very quick to respond. I haven't went down to check out the vehicle yet .. BUT their response was very quick and very professional.. i dealt with Henry outstanding sales consultant

Purchased a 2017 Alfa Romeo from Stacy at the dealership. Purchase was going to be remote, so I explicitly asked about the sunroof function as it is a known issue on these cars. Was told everything checked out and that he had driven the car personally without any issues noted. Vehicle was purchased and shipped to my home which is 10 hours away. Immediately, after unloading the vehicle, the first sound I heard upon driving was a wooshing sound from air coming through the broken sunroof! 2k repair! Dealer, of course denies any wrongdoing or liability.
