This dealer is a two hour drive from our home in Northern Virginia. We made an appointment, and the car was
ready for a test drive. The sales person was great. The car was as advertised and we bought it. It needed a
little work done, so it was ready in about a week. Since we had some previous appointments, we were unable
to drive up and pick it up right away, so I inquired about getting it delivered. Imagine my surprise, when several
hours later, a nice gentleman showed up at our house with the car! Kyner's is awesome! I would recommend
to anyone.
I loved working with Kyle Graham and his team. He was super responsive and willing to help me find what I needed without the salesman pressure. I was not expecting this great of an experience when looking on Cargurus but it truly was an easy and relaxing process! I will be returning to Kyners Auto in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

At the point that I made contact expressing interest for a test drive, I received an immediate reply. This was great, especially since the dealership was closed at the time. The message stated that someone would make further contact later when they opened, which they did.
Given the winter weather and my work schedule, it was about a week later when I called to speak with that salesman. He was polite and accommodating when I asked to come on in. I was on my way and almost there when I checked the car gurus listing. The price had increased by about $1,800. In disbelief, I immediately called back to Khner’s to ask him the price. He looked it up and the price had indeed shot up. When I told him about the price discrepancy, he said that he would talk with his manager and give me a call right back. So, I was pulled over on the side of the road waiting for the salesman to call me back regarding the highly increased price of the car. He never called me back. Total waste of my time.

One of the worst experience ever have in buying a car they run my credit Without my consent was already pre-approve with Financial company when I went there and let them know they take my social and my ID to verify me was me I did not sign anything to run my credit without my knowledge I even say to the sales person is name ken Murphy Do not run my credit And he say to me no it’s just for verification purposes and he went inside the office the moment he did I know because I have credit karma on he run my credit to capital one
I dealt with the salesperson Andrew. I found him to be rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He became unpleasant when I attempted to negotiate in good faith on the price . In the discussions, He padded the price of the vehicle with a warranty i did not wish to buy, then tried to make it appear by taking that off he had lowered the price . He failed to respond to my requests for information until I spoke with another salesperson. He waited many hours to respond to my text regarding finalizing the purchase , then told me I needed to get there before another customer came in to buy it , although I like more than an hour away. I have purchased many vehicles over the years . This was the most unpleasant transaction I have experienced.

I had a sudden need for a car after mine was totaled, and wanted to work with someone I could trust! Only through the guidance of God did I find Kyner’s Auto Sales in Chambersburg, PA! I kid you not! In less than 24 hours from first hearing of Kyner’s, I was driving off their lot with one of the nicest cars I have ever owned, AND feeling incredibly good about the price, the process, and the people I had just worked with! At a time when I needed help, support and trust, I found it at Kyner’s. Go there, and tell them Steve, the carjacked guy, sent you!

Dealer would not even consider if I went out there to test drive and liked the car running it through inspections and emissions for my state due to the year and mileage, which tells me the vehicle probably needed something to pass P.A inspection and emissions. While I have seen them advertise other cars I would be interested in just the fact that they wont run a car through there shop tells me they know it needs work, which says alot about the vehicles they are trying to pass off on consumers. If I were going to buy a vehicle I would need to inspect and service myself and spend more money then the purchase price right off the bat I would go to an auto auction.

Drove from Fort Wayne Indiana to see a car. The salesman was great made me feel very comfortable. Answered all my questions truthfully. Was in and out in 2 hours, other dealerships lag you around for 4 hours or more.

Nice vehicle but to my surprise it has many extras but no cruise control. Also 19000 miles and brand new tires which I found to be odd unless the AWD makes their lifetime short. Rear cargo cover also missing. I actually loved the vehicle but this dealership wont budge on price period. GM is offering these for Employee rates and adding extra discounts on top of it for the 2019’s and 2020’s Brand new. That equates to about $2000 more than this used vehicle. Were just too far apart to make a deal on it. We did find a super deal on a 2014 Dodge Dart SXT with only $38000 miles for my girlfriend though. All in all I feel that they treated us respectfully and the process was very fast. Very nice people but be prepared to pay the asking price and not a cent less. Thanks Andrew for assisting us with Marys vehicle. She is rather excited

I called Kyler's Auto Sales to inquire about a particular vehicle. I asked the salesman what was wrong (mechanically) with the car. Instead of saying the car runs fine, he listed all faults the car had! I was shocked! This is a classic example of integrity and high standards! I've never had a car salesman tell me car faults! Yes I would do business with Kyler's Auto Sales in the near future!

Terrible experience, according to the car guru site this particular vehicle had no problems but when I was contacted by the actual place that had the car they emailed me a long list of things wrong with the vehicle. I called and asked the dealership to give me an estimate of the problems that needed to be fixed, i was told that someone would get back to me, that was almost 2 weeks ago, no one has gotten back to me.

I was interested in a blue Mustang. Was going to set up a time to go check it out. Received an email that there was an problem with the car. So, I called them and they told me the car would need a new transmission and rear end. I’m happy they did so we wouldn’t have to drive almost 100 miles for nothing. Already did that to look at another one with no luck.

My review is a double edged sword. I called about buying the truck was told they couldn't hold it until I get there "First come first buy". The salesman said let me check to see if it's still here. Yep, but someone from Illinois is coming to but it on Friday. What about your policy? Suleman said "I don't understand what's going on" for that I give them 1 star. If you're going to have a policy ir should apply every single time. O give Andrew the salesman a 5 star for at least trying to help me. Sadly it's the only truck I've found that met each of my wants.

I ended up buy the truck, even thow they would NOT budge on the price.. the Laramie, bighorn, crewcab, limited addition Dodge Ram is one of a kind and was in immaculate condition.. Just one problem the driver side headlight had moisture inside of it they did however knock $100 off it but when I came to look up for a replacement headlight original ram equipment the headlight was well over $500 so I feel that they should replace the headlight for me since I spent $30,000 on the truck that’s your thing I am disappointed about if they do read this and feel that they want to replace the headlight then that would be great and I would probably buy another vehicle for navigatio just one problem the driver side headlight had moisture inside of it they did however knock $100 off it but when I came to look up for replacement headlight original ram equipment the headlight was well over $500 so I feel that they should replace the headlight for me since I spent $30,000 on the truck that’s the thing that I am disappointed about if they do read this and feel that they want to replace the headlight then that would be great and I would probably buy another vehicle from them again and recommend them to other friends..

So I left my house at 4:30 pm & drove 30 mins to the dealership. Just to find out the car I was inquiring about was sent to auction that morning. They could've called me back & told me this. Hi, I talk with a sale person Mr AL about the car I
