Had a great experience. Johan was very personable and professional. Appreciate their "no haggle" pricing and, because I did my homework, knew I was getting a very fair price on the truck. Process went smooth with no surprises and the "up selling" was there, but not pushy at all.

Worst communication. Made appt to come see the vehicle and they sold it w/o telling me. Tried calling sales person and manager no call back. Wouldn’t buy anything from them. Should of known better from past reviews

I was contacted by the dealer immediately. I went to see the car one evening at 7pm. I did all the paperwork and came back the next day and picked the car up after the bank sent the money over. Justin and Sid were amazing and made the car buying process seamless and hassle- free.

Buyer beware! This dealership has terrible communication and customer service. I worked with two managers and a sales rep to purchase a car at the asking price (easy money for them...no haggling). The car was located in Maryland and I am in North Carolina. Each time I reached out to any of them it took days to hear back. After 2 weeks of communication, when I finally got a quote to buy the car and was in the process of setting up a wire transfer and travel arrangements, they sold it to another person. This was a big waste of time and I don’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Just imagine needing service after you actually purchase the car!

Great experience. Friendly and very accommodating service. Staff answered my questions, treated me respectfully and worked to get me good interest rate. Bought this Mazda and I am now enjoying driving this beautiful car.

The dealer promptly contacted me and assigned a sales associate to me.

They sold the car as I was on my way to the appointment to see it. The listing did not have a picture, and the car was not yet available because it was undergoing detailing and inspection; however, the salesperson sent me pictures on two separate occasions and a video of the car. While I was on my way to see the car at my scheduled appointment, the salesperson called to tell me that it had just been sold. It was a complete waste of my interest and my time.
