Tried to sell a truck with a lot of issues wasn’t even at the lot when I showed up to look at it their third party call center don’t even know what they’re talking about when trying to sell a car to someone the salesman I talked to couldn’t answer any questions I had about the truck besides the simple basics like is has AC and it starts I don’t recommend buying from them. At least I was offered a water while I waited and free popcorn.

We went in today and looked at the 2011 silver BMW we were lied to they said it had all leak the car wouldn’t start the headlights wouldn’t come on brake lights didn’t work nothing worked on the car and they lay down like it had just happened they had no idea what was wrong with it and it was for our 16-year-old daughter I would avoid this car lot like a plague

Don’t even waste your time. Seems this company has many people that drive far to come here. I was told to fill out a finance application the day before I came to make sure I’d be eligible for the car. I got there and was told they never had my application and I was gaslighted by the dealer more than once, one second he claimed I was who he talked to on the phone and that I was lying, then the next second it was “I don’t know who you talked to”. They must think everyone is ignorant when it comes to dealing with cars. Point being during the time I was test driving, I was then told to go away for ANOTHER hour (I was the only customer bright and early) and was also told that multiple people were inquiring about the same car so it’d be gone. When I came back I was told our credit wasn’t enough without a co-signer, they could have done everyone a favor in this situation by doing my application the first time I submitted it prior. Overall I wasted 6 hours of my day for this company.

They were easy to deal with and a non-pressure experience. Negotiations quickly led to a purchase.

They started off great with details and arrangements for the purchase. I made plans to drive 5 hours to pick it up that weekend. Half way down I called to verify and they told me they sold it and tough luck about my wasted gas and time for the drive.

Sooo.. The prices are good, but RUST, RUST, AND MORE RUST. Look at the bottom of these vehicles. They paint over the rust with black spray paint, but you can't hide it. Its flaking, and even some of them have the mufflers rusted completely through.. buyer beware. Also there's a guy when you walk in that literally just sits there and pretends that no one walked in and keeps playing on his computer. Very unprofessional...

I contacted them on Sept. 11. They did not respond until Sept. 13. In the meantime, because I happen to live about five minutes away, I had dropped by the lot on the 12th on to find that that the car had a cracked windshield in spite of being on the lot for nearly two months and that the battery was dead. Since the car basically fit my search parameters, I agreed to come back later when these two things were taken care of. But really I was frustrated that they hadn't addressed these issues in the two months they'd had the car on the lot. I went back on the 16th and was able to do a thorough investigation of the car. The tires were worn, but in spite of all this I was able to negotiate a good price. The staff was basically friendly, although I felt they could have answered questions in more detail and taking care of the three maintenance issues would have saved frustration on my part.

Very helpful. I inspected, test drove and was out in 30 minutes. No pressure sales people. If you want glits and glamor this isn’t the place. However, if you do ask yourself who’s paying for it? It’s all in the marked up sales price of the cars they sell. One potential down side is the presale inspection process is limited. My opinion is you should have any used car inspected by your trusted machinic anyway.

Great friendly dealer would buy again

First the truck wouldn't start. Then it wouldnt run because the tuner went into anti theft mode. Then they didn't seem at all concerned with the myriad of other problems I found with the truck. Not willing to negotiate at all on a truck they admittedly didn't even do a thorough inspection on. They did offer to put two new cheap batteries in it but that's as much as they cared. Oh wow! You mean I get to start the truck and deal with the rest of the issues on my own? Thanks but no thanks

Oh joy. These guys also sent a blanket email out. Basically saying we want you to contact us directly and not through car gurus. This being the case, Knox drives did not send a car fax on the truck I was interested in. Never open for business when I can get to them so no skin off my neck, I will go to another dealership. Not impressed at all when we did communicate.

Came in on a Thursday early afternoon. All salesman busy with customers. Walked the lot and left. Sales person did acknowledge us but couldn’t help. Some units on lot had flav tires and some looked like it hadn’t moved for awhile.

These guys were very professional and I bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra instead got a reasonable deal recommend my family and friends shop there

Not too happy went 4 days before this truck came on lot told them what I was looking for went there sold this truck next day not happy! Very happy didn't buy it there!

I drove all the way from Atlanta only to see that all the pictures were taken in a way to avoid the flaking rust that covered most of this truck. And he uses a low resolution camera to avoid detailed photos. Very deceitful dealer.

Truck was rusted out when I went to look at it and of course the dealer said he had no idea about the rust.

The dealer sent automated form letters inviting a reply if I had questions. I asked specific questions about the vehicle both by email and voice mail, but only received generic automated form letters. Not helpful at all.

Fair price on a truck I was looking at if you live in that immediate area. But I was traveling almost 100 miles. Wouldn't even attempt to work with me on a price.

WOW!!! This dealership must sell so many cars that they don't care about customers that call in, you must have to be on the lot to get any help. Dealers communication is awful. I asked the dealership to contact me about a 2003 Mustang GT. 2 days flew by and I never heard from them, so I called them. They told me a little about the car and asked that I fill out the online credit app. I filled out the app and never heard from them. I called the dealer back and got hung up on 2 times. I called again and the guy there told me he would call me right back, never heard from him. On day 5 I called and the guy that was managing my credit app said he could not find it. I explained to him that I had a received a email that said they had received my credit app and would call me back. The funny thing is he didn't care; did not ask me to re-apply, didn't apologize, so I just said ok thanks bye. Won't look at another vehicle here.

There was no pressure whatsoever. Our salesman, Matthew was very helpful in answering our questions and helped us get the best deal possible. I love my new convertible.

Service - Low pressure sales let me test drive everything I wanted and put new tires on the vehicle I purchased plus gave me what I wanted on my trade in. Quality - cars are used so expect some wear and tear. They do offer the carfax for anything you are interested in.

They also got me a very good interest rate to lower my payments to where I wanted them. They also gave me 30.00 to gas up the truck and they gave me a free oil change. Best used car dealership in Knoxville. Would not buy a car from anyone else. Treat you very well and will do anything they can to accommodate you. I have bought my last 2 cars from them and will not buy from anyone else. Justin called me within 5 minutes of me sending the email. Pleasure to do business with.

I emailed the dealer about coming to look at this vehicle on February 7, 2014. I received an email the following day from an employee that explained their financing. I drove to the lot on February 11, 2014 to look at the car and to test drive it. No one came out and greeted us, except the man putting air in the tires. I told him what car I wanted to see and he explained he drove it to GA the day the dealership emailed me and it was no longer available. I wasted my time because someone couldn't be bothered to send a message stating the car was gone! Bad business on their part and I will inform anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle from them not to bother!! Also, you all don't deserve a star but I have to rate you!
