They were great and helpful
Although we, ultimately, chose a
minivan over the SUV we test drove
here, Knapp Motors and Adam,
their sales professional, were
excellent! The vehicle was certified,
and we drove from Toledo area to
find the car washed, prepped, and
pulled up front for a test drive.
Adam was wonderful, and the
"hometown" feel at this dealership
was apparent.Everyone seems to
take pride in what they do, and it

I was very pleased with our recent sales experience with Knapp
Chevrolet in Blissfield,Mi. I would recommend them to others looking for
a vehicle.
when i arrived i asked for Kevin the sale ass. he promptly got the plates and
keys for car i requested. He explained pricing and what the car offered. After
test driver he ran the numbers for me. he did all the work to get the car in a
couple of hours,Financing,cleaning the car,fueled the car, and explained how
everything worked. GREAT Dealer and excellent sale associate. Customer
service was EXCELLENT

this dealership is one that gives all car dealers a bad name! Talk about
misleading the customer! told me about a cracked piece on the rear
bumper - only showed me a micro close up view of the damage - gave
me the part number to replace it - I said OK - never sent me a shot of the
entire bumper to show the entire bumper was creased and nothing
aligned correctly - My estimate $1000+ in damage. Then had the
vehicle parked back in an alcove in the service bay (poorly lit) so we
could not get a good view of the damage when we arrived to close the
deal - had to ask 3 TIMES to have the vehicle pulled out into the
sunshine - These guys mislead and then tried to hide the problem - RUN
do not walk away from these crooks! I drove 2 hours to do this deal and
had EVERYTHING pre approved . . . This vehicle should have NEVER
been GM Certified. SHAME ON YOU KNAPP!!!! YOU'RE SALES
MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF
YOURSELVES.

We had a really great experience at Knapp Chevrolet/Buick. They were all so very nice and very efficient. We drove off the lot that same day with our car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

First of all let me say, that I have never left a dealership without a grudge, or feeling cheated in some way or another, until yesterday. I can honestly say that that was the most pleasant experience I have ever had making a vehicle purchase. This started from step one, the listing. It was accurate and descriptive, and represented the car and dealership very well. Step two, communication; every time I called my saleswoman, Mallory, she picked up, she answered all of my questions immediately and kindly at that. Mallory emailed me information right away, and even upheld her promise to call me if other potential costumers called about the car I was interested in. Step three. Since it was rainy outside, it was a very pleasant surprise to see that she had parked the car in the service bay where it was dry. The car was spotless, and she let us look it over with just the right involvement on her part. Step four, Pricing and signing. The price on the car was reasonable, and Chris from finance was also a pleasure to work with, she explained everything clearly and thoroughly while still making it a short process. Dealerships often have sales people who are nice, but it's a very fake niceness. After speaking to Mallory, it was obvious that she was a genuinely kind person, that treats costumers with respect.
There may be things in here that I may not have mentioned, but I assure you that no effort Knapp Motors has made has gone unnoticed. My wife and I would like to send them a big thanks for making this a very pleasant experience for us.

The online trade tool was several thousand dollars higher than the
amount offered by the dealership or discussed with the salesman
before I drove over 30 minutes to see this vehicle. They were not
interested in negotiating either. It is geared only to get you to the
dealership! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!!
