Excellent!
The salesman (Kyler) agreed to 25k out the door if they fixed a Subaruâs alignment
and rattling noise. General manager said they could not honor that price because if
they looked into the rattling noise it could cost thousands of dollars to fix, and they
donât want to be responsible for that. I would not recommend.
The salesperson lied to me about the condition of the vehicle via phone and text. He assured me it was in excellent condition with no damage. I drove over 60 miles to look at the car only to discover that the vehicle had clearly been in some sort of accident and the damage had not been repaired. Further, when I asked for a copy of the Carfax, I was advised by the same salesperson that they didn't have a printer so he couldn't provide me with a copy. It went downhill from there. My actual rating is zero stars.

This dealer is not trustworthy. The sales rep told me that Honda had just raised their prices that very day which was a complete flat out lie. Conveniently the “so called” price increase just happened to be EXACTLY what the sticker price of the very car I wanted to buy was. So in essence instead of the $35183 they advertised it for on here it was now $37,830. Funny how that “Honda price increase@ thing works!! Don’t bother with this dealer!!!

Was not told upfront about the issues with the

I was not happy with the way they tried to cover up the fact that the car was involved in accident. And still wanted me to get pay full price. Very rude place to go
For close to three weeks I have been trying to negotiate the price, as Car buying Websites states it is overpriced (by 2700) . When I insisted on a price before I returned
they played the car dealer game of let me talk to ---no one ever calling me back the sales person was snippy (Text) and told me the "sales manager" had called
me several times that I lied followed by he didn't appreciate me telling him to stop playing games. No one has ever been able to get my cell number right.
The first/last price was 750 off the extremely high price reported. They have now dropped the price twice, each time I have reached out trying to come to
a fair price. i was offered the original "sales price" as a take it or leave it. Now they have dropped the purchase price to their original offer plus
one dollar. The real craziness is we really do like the car and would buy right now for a fair price. I have told them this ever time. They have no integrated. Acura is looking
better and better.

They aren't actually offering to bring cars to you to test drive so I went to the dealership. Everyone was helpful and responsive. I got to test drive by myself. Car condition was exactly as advertised. The dealer add-on costs were $2k, including a $1k cloud based security system. Average overall. Bought elsewhere.

I was very happy with how they worked with us. There was no pressure to buy. Austin was very helpful in getting all the information I wanted for the used truck I was looking at. Sage the finance guy also.was no.preasure yet explained things very well. I am one who hates buying used vehicles and dealing with car salesman yet my experience at Klien Honda was very good and I would return

Had an appointment to test drive a new CR-V. The sales person with whom I had been
emailing back and forth was not even at work the day of the appointment. Given a price
by another sales person but then the price went up when we got to the final decision. I
ended up buying one that same day but not from Klein.

They had friendly service but the sales guy told me my car would have a lifetime warranty. But when i bought it, because it was a volvo they said it didnt.

While the sales people were nice, the car was misrepresented. It was in much worse shape than advertised. I specifically asked about the body condition when I called. They neglected to mention the sizable dent in the 1/4 panel. Water sloshing in the doors. Clutch about to go. It was a waste of my time.

The team is definitely very responsive to emails although their internal communication needs some work. Or maybe they need a better CRM system?
My initial contact informed me that they do not conduct remote transactions and that I would need to be on-site/in-person to make the purchase... I informed them I am from NY and would not be traveling to make the purchase but very interested in the vehicle and asked them them to contact me if they changed their minds about remote transactions.
The next email contact was for a follow-up asking what I'd need to make a purchase... I again stated I'd like to conduct a remote transaction (referenced and copied others on the email chain). I have not received a follow-up call as I'm assuming their policy on remote transactions is non-negotiable.
Received a 3rd email contact (already copied on the previous email chains) asking again what I'd like to make a purchase... I left a voicemail again asking to conduct a remote transactions.
Currently awaiting a reply... not actually expecting a reply though given the trend with the assumption that they are not willing to conduct remote transactions.
Still interested in the vehicle so fingers crossed someone higher in the company notices and will call to let me know they are willing to work with me on a remote purchase.

We caught them on a holiday weekend so the pictures I asked for took 4 days but that is not a negative. I had them within an hour of them opening on Tuesday after the Holiday Weekend. This was not the vehicle we were looking for based on color alone so having the pictures saved us a 20 mile trip, 40 miles round trip. Very responsive to my intial inquiry and very professional.
I would have to say that this dealership was wonderful! They kept in contact with me about a car that was on the internet that was going to be available. I drove an hour and a half and was not disappointed. Evelynn, Walker and Reggie were so helpful. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I very much liked Klein Honda. One thing i didn't like is I felt rushed. I
understand that the finance guys and the sales guys do this all day, but
coming from someone who has never bought a car from a dealer, I felt
rushed. I mean we are talking about thousands of dollars of debt if you
choose to finance a car there. I don't know about you, but I do not like being
rushed into such a decision. and I wanted the car! I was ready to pay for it
right there, but I still somehow felt like i was just rushed through their
paperwork.

I was going to stop by for a test drive, when the salesman contacted me
again to let me know that the car actually wasn't on their floor yet. He said
he would contact me when it was, but I still haven't heard back from him.

This dealership was very helpful. The car I was interested in sold just as I was heading their way. But they asked good questions to know what I needed and was looking for in my next vehicle. They gave me a couple call backs to see how I was doing in my search. When I told them I had found a car and bought it, they were very happy for me and offered congratulations.

These folks have made extra effort to communicate and answer all questions in an honest fashion. A bit of a drive but they are offering more than average warranty and great sales staff. Probably in my top 5 places to buy once I settle up from someone totaling my previous car. *Note: They do not seem willing to negotiate via phone or email so plan to visit their location to work any deals beyond what is shown.

Truthfully the best auto dealership I've ever visited. Told them what I was in the market for and that is what I was showed. Not pressured at anytime to make a purchase or look at other vehicles. When I returned a second time to look at a lower priced vehicle they were able to work the cost of the vehicle I originally viewed to my price range in 5 minutes. Whole purchase took less then an hour. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle should see the folks at Klein.

town. Arriving at our scheduled time, we found that the two cars
we had stated interest in had dead batteries, so had to wait for
our test drive. Otherwise, we had a good sales experience and
ended up buying a different car.

Vehicle had a damaged rear door. Was told I need to purchase first, then they would repair. "Purchase and then bring it back and leave it for a few days and then you can have it back." Not sure how other dealers would have handled this situation, but I am not going to buy a damage vehicle off the lot. The pictures on the website only showed the left side of the vehicle, not the right side with damage. Six different sales people called repeatedly and I told them all the same thing - fix it first, then I will buy. Borderline harassment.

We ended up paying a fair price for the car (after MUCH back and forth), but I tried to call after we drove off the lot because of a problem that had cropped up with the dash lights (which my husband fixed) and they never bothered to call back. I would probably not shop there again, but I am happy with the car.
