Very deceitful. Truck was advertised as zero accident and zero damage history. Drove 75 miles to dealership ready to sign. But as I sat down to sign is when I learned that it was indeed involved in a wreck at some point. Wasted time wasted trip! I walked out. No warrantee or major servicing done to this older truck but it had low mileage and was what I was looking for. Salesman was efficient and took my personal check. Was nice enough to hold it for me for a few hours while I drove down to buy it.

I felt the initial correspondence was good, but when it came time to find out what my trade was worth, I was left in the dark. My only grievance is if you tell someone that you're going to give someone information over the phone, you should stick by that word no matter what. I live over an hour away from the dealership and had I received the information, I most likely wouldve made the deal. I understand that policies may defer giving out certain information, but had I known what the offer wouldve been, I could have sold my truck to an outside vendor and bought the car with cash. Overall the dealership did a pretty good job, but I would not go through with the sales person I was assigned to just because of the lack of communication on their part.

Started off well, then all of a sudden the salesman didnt reply to emails, said that he was so busy. Was ready to purchase a truck but he never sent the numbers. I am not going to beg a dealership to sell me a truck.

Friendly and fair

The salesman told me there was a deal on this truck when I called. I asked him if the other person had put a deposit on it. He said they did not. So we agreed without any money on it the truck was still up for sale. I then asked him if I could put a deposit on it and he said no. I then asked him if this was an inside deal and he said that a company that usually buys these trucks was working on it. I told him that I was coming over to look at the truck and purchase it. He said ok sounds good and then 15 minutes later he said the truck was sold. The next day the truck was still on your site and it was also listed on their site as well. I called and talked with the sales manager who gave me a completely different story. He said that a customer had looked at it and wanted it but could not secure financing. Then he told me that someone else was now interested in it and was coming to work a deal and sign papers. This dealership apparently has some under-handed deals going on.

drove 2 hours and 50 min to look at a used truck was told it was a perfect truck with no issues when i arrived i started looking over the truck and noticed it was completley missing the front drive shaft it also had poeces of the frame hacked off my a sawzall im assuming was to make way for a lift kit that was pemreviousley installed and removed then upon further inspection i noticed the exhaust was being held up by a ratchet strap after that i told the guys in the dealership about all of the issues there resolution was to get me a couple cups of water and fill my tank up for wasting my time this was the worst dealership experience iv ever had i would not recomend them to anybody as far as used vehicles are concerned there mechanics and appraisers odviousley have no idea what tgey are doing btw this was on a 50000 dollar truck

The salesman called me 2 hours ahead of time to ensure I was still coming to test drive a SUV, and when I got there the battery was dead. This should have been taken care of before my arrival.

The info on the car price was alright, but the car itself was not. I stepped on the brake pedal and my foot went all the way to the floor board. Driver door was rusty, paint badly chipped. In general, that was not what a certified car should be. All in all, not a happy camper.

David Q at kisselback ford was amazing . I was working with him on finding a car for about a week or so due to my crazy work schedule. But we got everything done over email and phone his response rate was amazing. My bank had everything ready as well. So that Saturday I went to test drive in kissimiee I was able to drive right off the lot. The best part was being able to meet Mr.kisselback he came out of no where lol. He congratulated me and I drove off. To David Q you are amazing you helped me out so much, the best Salesman I know. I would refer anyone there amazing place amazing people.

Call and spoke with David Quetermous Sunday morning and told I him would be there later that afternoon. Told David I was coming almost 3hrs away and he made time on a day he had planned on being off the afternoon for his birthday. I already liked the vehicle but this dealership made the process a smooth one. When I went back to pick up the vehicle, Mr. KisselBack and the entire crew ca me out to thank my wife and I. I was on a tight deadline to upgrade a vehicle for my mother while on vacation in Florida. I decided on a pre-owned Ford Escape, a vehicle that is widely available. After visiting two other Ford dealerships closer to where I was staying, they did not have a large selection. With limited time I looked for a dealership with high ratings and a large selection of this model. I selected Kisselback Ford, and made the 45 minute drive. I specifically asked for David Quertermous as he was mentioned many times in other reviews. He worked with me at the dealership on Friday to show me the available models they had. I took a day to see if I could find a better deal and returned on Sunday with my mother for a final test drive. David took time away from a family activity on his day off to assist with finalizing the deal. The car was purchased / delivered on Monday and I was at the airport on time for my 3:00pm flight home thanks to David and the team at Kisselback. Kim was especially helpful on Sunday when David was off! After two weeks of ownership my mom loves the car. Visit this dealership you will not be disappointed!
