Outstanding service and selection

I was contacted immediately by email, text and phone. I was told the car was still available and the hours of operation. I have not gone by yet (waiting on spouse), and only received a follow up email - which I thought was respectful - no one is pestering me just letting me know they are available when needed. Nice approach - not pushy at all.

Sales rep was awesome! Rebecca took care of us even though we came in later in the evening. We live 45 minutes away with a dealer ship that is just 10 miles away from our door. We will definitely drive the extra miles for as well as we were treated best dealership experience we have ever had!!!

I was contacted by the dealer to tell me the vehicle was sold...then told it was still available...then told it was sold again....lots of text messages. Confused so I decided not to go to their dealership. Customer reps were nice but uninformed and not helpful.

I contacted Kings about a car with a specific trim, along with a few other car options I was considering. They responded that day with a video message personally for me. By the end of that day, and later on throughout the week, I was in contact with a sales member. He (Kris) answered all of my questions, set up an appointment to meet face to face, and eventually sold me the best car for me. The car was ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership. The staff were all easy to work with, friendly, and I felt that I received the best deal I could get. I will definitely recommend them & remember them in the future when buying again.

These guys and gals are amazing !! Sam was my salesman and Mario took care of the paperwork for me. Went to look at the vehicle loved it , it was everything they said it was. Very upfront and a pleasure to deal with. When I went to finally finish the paperwork we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend this team and will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle.

Great. I found the car on cargurus.com on Wednesday and picked it up on Saturday. We were in and out in less than two hours, and the car is awesome. Nice sales guy (Eric) and the finance guy was helpful and didn't waste our time.

Did not make a transaction. Mainly because they were not flexible on the price and fees. It was take it or leave it deal so, I left it.

They were very efficient in responding to my emails and text messages. Then when at the dealer to buy the vehicle, the whole process took only 2 hours which isn't bad compared to some dealers. The salesman Sean was great to us.

They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and asked if they could text me. I said yes and received a text asking if I had any questions. I asked 1 but heard nothing back for 4 or 5 days. I then got a phone call from them. I said well I bought one from a different dealership and all the guy had to say was...well I guess I dropped the ball on that. You think???

Can't say enough good things about Kings Kia! Buying a car is a pain. I usually feel like salespeople are being dishonest or that I'm being taken. Not here! They treated us fairly, didn't try to push a more expensive car on us, and everyone we came in contact with from the financial person, to the salesman, to the manager was genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Kings Kia!

Was listed on the website so I contacted them. Customer service was great and they did everything they could to try to get me into a car that fits my needs. 5 stars for customer service. However, they emailed me back and said they were sending the Nissan Xterra to an Auction because there were things wrong with it (they called it a mechanic's special). I didn't see this listed on the post so this made me feel very hesitant about buying a car from them if they were not willing to disclose this up front. Glad I saw the car when I did and not a week earlier. Only 1 star for trustworthiness.

Bought a car from them. I went back twice to pick up the car. Not gas, or cleaned. Stickers still in the window. They said to bring it back a third time and they would clean it. I never went back.

Sold a car right out from under me. Some people "look" like they have more money when they walk in the door. When I said I would pay cash for the car, guess I didn't "look" like I had that much. Will never go there again, and will never recommend them.
