Mario was very responsive and easy to work with. Ultimately he didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted, but I appreciated his responsiveness.

Speaking with Mario over the phone was very easy. His explanation of the out of state buying process was very thorough. I've never purchased a vehicle out of state, sight unseen, so he offered for the vehicle to be delivered, which I ended up doing. I had to pay a fairly reasonably delivery fee, but it saved me from having to drive 6hrs (one way) from SC to come look at the car. I purchased a black 2006 GX470. The vehicle was very clean, the car runs really well, and for a 13 year old vehicle, the paint is in really good condition, minus a few scratches here and there, which is pretty typical! Mario and his team ended up changing the timing belt and water pump for me. They were even proactive in changing a bad CV joint that they caught while doing the timing belt service which I was extremely grateful for. The cost of repairs for that service were much cheaper, than if I had waited and taken it somewhere here locally in my state. I would consider a future purchase here!

Great preowned cars and trucks

It was by far the easiest and best experience in buying a car. Unbelievable. Mario was absolutely kind and helpful in selling and delivering the car to me. Bought the car on Monday and had the car in my driveway on Thursday. I ll buy from him from now on. The car was just as it looked in the pictures.

KingsChariot are Lying, dishonest scam artists!! Very disappointing!! SHADY!! KC list on Clist PRIVATE OWNER section, even though theyre a dealer. Also,their prices are almost always INCREDIBLY high. Apparently they try to rip everyone's head off! I contacted KingsChariot about a vehicle. Due to the high price (a whopping DOUBLE) of what other comparable models were, I asked (by txt) how flexible price was. The reply I got was simply "SOLD". But the car had just been posted,& the listing was still up. Because I doubted this, the next day I sent an email thru the SAME ad asking when I could see it. They replied w website/phone. So I was lied to. Found another instance of a clearly 2-owner car (via linked report here on CarGurus) being advertised by them as 1-owner,& stating "1-owner demands a premium" KingsChariot are obviously a bunch of liars who don't care about their customers & want to scam people/take advantage of them & charge double what any other place charges!! STAY FAR AWAY!

King's Chariot came up after I did a search on Car Gurus for a 2015 Audi A3 TDI with specific equipment. I was excited to take a closer look at the Audi A3 they had because it appeared from the many pictures to be a beautiful vehicle in excellent condition and for a reasonable price. King's Chariot tried hard to make it work for me, but in the end it turned out to not have all the features I was looking for. I was disappointed I was not able to complete the purchase from them.

Positive buying experience. Very close to 5 stars. I got a great truck that was in excellent condition and just as described. We had some minor hiccups with some of the extra services but Mario and his son were reasonable, true to their word and handshake, and communicated with me throughout. I will use them again to find the next vehicle I purchase. Kings Chariot is efficient and make buying much easier than any traditional dealer I have used.

I read the other reviews on Kings Chariot and said "no one is this good." Well they are! First, they find and sell nice cars. The well prepared cars a stored inside. Finally, they give great and timely service.
