Once I submitted my inquiry I was contacted immediately the following morning. Rich always got back to me quickly or picked up the phone to answer my questions. I was a little skeptical based off some of the negative reviews I read but I decided to take a ride up to check out the car. I was assured over the phone how clean the car was and when I arrived it was out front ready to be test driven per my request. The car was everything that was described based off the pictures and phone conversations. A quick hour later the deal was done and I was driving home. I’ve dealt with a lot of shady used car dealers but King Richards is not one of them. They went above and beyond for me even though they were short handed on the particular day. I’d been looking for this particular car for a while and was pleasantly surprised how well this one presented. I will definitely be using them for my next fun car and I will be recommending King Richards to my friends as well. Disregard the negative reviews

If I could give Zero stars I would. Car popped up for sale. Contacted them. Asked for pics. Never posted or sent. Asked about vehicle, was told it was being serviced for over 3 weeks. Checked car gurus again. Car sold. Salesman never bothered to call, txt, or email me back. Definitely would NOT waste my tome dealkk in my with them again.

I was helped by Amandio Gomes throughout the whole buying process. I was in a tough financial spot and he was able to get me financing with a great rate for someone with little credit history and a not so good credit score. That was after being turned away at two other dealerships. He was also very patient with me when I was indecisive about which car I wanted to purchase. This was my first time financing a car and he made a it a great experience!

Salesman was nice until he discovered it might take some work to get me approved.Owner is extremely pushy,a bully to be honest.I had put money down on a vehicle and it took 5 days for them to credit my account back.Aggressive with phone calls after I decided not to purchase the vehicle.I did get the loan approval but the owner’s behavior towards me,talking to me like I was ignorant,made me decide not to buy from them.I gave 2 stars because the loan approval was quick and I was treated very kindly when I first arrived.After that it was all downhill.Horrible experience.

Car had noise starting up, waste of a trip to get there and not be able to drive it. Salesman was alone and wouldn’t allow the car to be test driven unless he went, since he was alone-we would have to wait until the other worker came in

Maybe a one-off but thought it was highly unprofessional. I arrived, test drove the car, and negotiated a sale price. Come time sign the PS, I was told by the manager that they didn't not have possession of title of the vehicle and could not sell me the vehicle. Highly suspicious of the circumstances, but it was a vehicle I had been searching for a while. So I told them to call me when they've cleared up the issue. Even placed a deposit to hold. A week later, they called to refund my deposit. Fine. Still, call me as soon as its ready. Next week, called to check status. Again, same issue with no details available. I stopped calling. After about a month and a half later, the car was listed as sold. I was never contacted again. Whatever reasons they had for not completing the sale with me, fine. But at least be transparent. I will never do business with these folks again.

Amazing! I was able to apply for financing over the phone. Once I was approved I put a deposit on the car. I am a very busy person with 3 kids and a business to run, they were very helpful and understanding of my limited time. When I went to pick up the car, it was gassed and ready for a test drive. I signed paperwork and gave them the down payment. Very simple and easy! never in my life have i dealt with such an easy transaction! I will purchase from them again.

I was able to get an appointment quickly but the car had non working features that shouldn’t have been advertised (bluetooth, cigarette lighters)

junk.. bad transmission... hard shift and down shift into second... was told it was a stong v8 thats why it did that ... sales kid was excellent ..they said i could take as is for 4500

I bought a car from them and the bumper has a crack in it and the rear bumper has scratches on it they said they were going to take care of it and I bought it on Thursday I can't pick it up til Tuesday nothing but run around run around run around after they told me it was going to be fixed that day

looked at car priced at 8,700 new add put the car out there for best offer went in repriced the car at 9,700 hit craigslist bought a 2004 3.0i with 37,000 miles for 8,000 stay out of the kings lot.

Purchased the 2006 corvette from them, was told over the phone that te interior was perfect but there was a repaired hole in the drivers seat, salesman agreed to fill the gas tank to at least 3/4 full only got 1/4 tank , stickers on windows removed but glue not cleaned off, was told that everything worked but the drivers side power lumbar did not ,other than that it was an OK deal, the salesman we dealt withcould have been a poster boy for use car salesman.

there was a hidden fee, i think i got played, first impression always last.

cant look at a car without filling out a form.
