Financed approved, had it inspected somewhere else at my expense, needed repairs (transmission noise, NO heat, and a leaking transmission line), they said they would fix it, then "supposedly" had "cash" buyers coming to buy "AS-IS". Asked if I would take it "AS-IS". I said "No". They knew I was driving it home cross country (literally! From Texas to Minnesota). Haven't heard from them since.

Very easy process of purchasing a vehicle. Travis was prepared with the vehicles when we arrived. After selecting the one we wanted, David make the financing process very painless. Entire staff was very friendly. Travis and David were very professional and easy to deal with.
I went in and it was too busy Iguess..... So I was just kind of left. I wasn’t approached by
anyone, no one asked to help. Felt like was selling and buying the vehicle. It was an odd
experience for sure. I walked the entire section of vehicles until I helped myself by walking
in. I was handed the keys and sat waiting for the car in front of me to be moved……..It
never was so I walked in and put the keys on the table and left. I never got the chance to
test drive. Funny enough there was enough time for them to take everyone's lunch order
though......

Fred the sales associate was courteous and made the test drive easy but the owners of this place
dont want to sell the car. Low ball on trade in and refused to discount a DIME.
I followed up multiple times.
Saw the car dropped a week later and reached out but never heard back. I wouldnt buy from here
in the future

I worked with Salesman Fred and had the most pleasant car shopping experience here! Communication was great and the shipping of my vehicle from state to state went very smooth. 10/10 overall recommend this dealership for your car shopping needs. I did speak to other workers here as well and I could tell that everyone here loves their job and what they do! Customer satisfaction is their area of expertise!

OK I made a deal with this dealer to buy this car and I rented a trailer to go pick it up and I get a text message saying they sold the car to someone else and I had told them I would give them a credit card to hold the car with me because I was driving 255 miles to pick it up. They said that’s the way they do business so they sold it to someone else, I transferred money from investments over to my bank account so they could draw in the bank. It’s a cash deal and they said just tough luck that’s their business. They had a bird in the hand that come in and bought that day I was also a bird in the hand on my way up there to pick it up. 175 miles into my trip when I got this text from them. I would write them a zero not even a one.

Ali, Nick, Sam, Donald and the gentleman who loaded the BMW onto my trailer worked together , like some well oiled machine.
No tactics, no dealer-centric scripting where the salesperson pushes their agenda like a strict policy where one either takes it or leaves it. These guys are either trained in customer relations, or hire only those naturally befitting their ideals or
identity. Every individual I named, obviously must love what they do. Their approach with me was tailored to my needs, my advantage, I talked, they listened and made the deal happen. My experience though nice, was also quick yet thorough. This outfit is made up of professionals. In a highly competetive used car industry, where acquiring new customers and quality vehicles come at a hefty price, so these guys focus on retaining customers by treating each person as individuals, and consistently providing an inventory at competetive yet reasonable pricing.

The staff was very helpful. Since I live so far away from the dealership I had not seen the car. The Volkswagen was not going to be able to meet all of our needs so I therefore looked at a 2013 Honda Accord. Purchased the vehicle and was pleased. They were nothing but helpful and courteous.

Extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to help us. Car broke down on way home with a completely unforeseeable problem that they could have said wasn't their problem, but arranged for it to be towed back to their place and fixed at no cost to us. Will recommend to everyone looking for a great deal with great people, esp. Sam.

Drove from Austin to dallas after talking with the salesman just to find out that this vehicle was in really bad condition. Unprofessional service ranting on on how much experience they have when a simple call can save someone a lot of driving. Really unprofessional. The a/c unit in the back is broken and the moon roof as well and
a whole lot of chippedd paint on the body. They knew this prior to my arrival. Again the Ford expedition was not as depicted on car gurus. Sure its a clean car on Carfax but it does not detail what's really wrong with it. All these issues can lead the buyer to spend more on car than what it's worth. on top of that they charge the buyer with a documentary fee of 125.00 that is not required by law. This place is not looking out for the buyers interest. This is a humble opinion from someone one that drove 4 hours to look at the red Ford expedition xlt. In my opinion it's not worth $15,163.26(cost after tax).

Communication was great, every thing on the vehicle was as advertised, and more. The car had been put in the garage because it had stormed the night before. So when i got there driving for 4 hours i didnt see the car i was a little disappointed and thought the worse. Then didnt know what duilding it was so called and then finally got down from the car and walked over and met the sales manager told him about it and he did apologize for that. The car was driven out of the garage for me to test drive. The customer service was great. Overall i was impressed by the dealer ship and the vehicle i would recommend anyone to go. i did buy the vehicle thanks nick and kian motors

Called two separate times in regards to a car on their website. Spoke with two separate employees who both told me they would call me back and neither one ever called back. Pretty poor customer service when someone is trying to buy a car and can’t even get a phone call back.

Maybe 4 star, preowned salesmgr great, made my final offer, got it, very few car issues, mgr responded to issues, work in process on that. Need more time to see full outcome. Warranty by GM not being fullfilled.

I got 100% approved with my Credit Union to purchase a vehicle from
this Company, after speaking with the salesman and providing him with
everything he needed to get the paper work started, since "He was well
aware" I was driving from a location which was over an hour away to
purchase the vehicle listed on his site. Furthermore, I requested he wash
the vehicle because I was in fact buying the vehicle. I arrived at the
location, the vehicle was sparkling clean and I was told to wait, because a
lady walked in about (15) minutes prior to my arrival to test drive the
vehicle in question/that we worked on all day. The young lady eventually
purchased the vehicle as I patiently wait over an hour to close the deal. I
was told first come, first served which was fine, but left me with a bitter
taste in my mouth about the Company. Maybe it's just me..I also notice,
that there are additional fees tacked onto vehicle sales from this
company as it is advertised on a 8x10 piece of paper, displayed in a
frame and placed on a desk. Be sure to inquire about additional fees
when purchasing from this company. PS: The salesman was courteous
though.

The car drives smoothly and they stayed later than opening hours to complete the sale. I liked the way the car drove and looked a LOT and it was still under bumper to bumper warranty so I was not concerned with mechanical defects and wanted to buy this car. I should have DEFINITELY looked at the front bumper closer. The car shows no wrecks on carfax BUT somethign definitely happened with this bumper and they did a quick cover up job. It has fog light holes but no cover or lights. The bumper literally started to fall off on the right side, it looks ugly if you look close so thats very disappointing. Theres also huge gaps under the headlights between the bumper. I blame myself for not looking carefuly at this bumper but for them to sell a car that would have the bumper practically FALL off on one side is ridiculous. The car was priced much lower than market value so that is the only reason I am not enraged..but still disappointed. To be honest I do not make a lot of money and this was a big purchase that I was very excited about being able to pay for and to have the bumper fall off without the money to repair it 2 weeks after I bought it really upset me. When I took it to the Dodge Dealership for an inspection they also verified that something had definitely happened to the bumper and that someone did a quick cheap job to just get it together.

Car was a little rougher than pictures led me to believe. Found a nearly immaculate 2012 with 15k less miles for the exact price. Kian's car was priced low, I just found a slightly better deal.

The car had hail damage. When
I called to inquire they said it was
LITE hail damage and could
hardly see it. When I arrived to
see the car it was covered in hail
damage. So, wasn't plzd to see
how much was there. However,
they were nice and I requested a
damage estimate and they were
happy to help me with that.
Mechanically the car was perfect
and the price was below what I
had been looking at. So, was
able to stay within budget.
