After initial test drive , there was an issue with the car which was taken care of and
because we lived 2 plus hours away, Dylan our salesman delivered the car to our house.
Dylan was great. Did most of paperwork on line easy and quick. My wife loves the Kia .

Our overall experience with Keyser Miller Ford was very good. We had some issues with the car that I don't feel should have been present, being that the car was a CPO car. However, as soon as we pointed these items out, we received a loner car and the issues were corrected immediately, no questions asked. Now that's what customer service should be!! The way this was handled is why we gave Keyser Miller Ford 5 stars. Good job to Keyser Miller Ford. Thanks.

Dealers do not like pricing a trade via internet (Understandably so) however that was what I was requesting provided all the information along with the VIN and pictures and still would not provide any information until I came into the dealership.
That trip I was not making until I was sure that we could get where I needed to be. Nobody is willing to take the next step. Not sure why as if there car is not what I want I simply would not take it if mine is not what I explained the deal is simply off
There are many dealers and I found one willing to work with me

Great overall experience, people were personable, polite and professional. When my own loan financing fell through with a complication, they were able to provide "equal" loan financing, but it was actually better. The car I purchased ended up having several issues and the dealer was 2 hours away. However the dealer called my local dealer and worked it all out for me. Vehicle still curently in the shop. Very happy so far with Keyes Miller and saleswoman Mary Bentz.

Liz, our sales associate, was excellent. There was no pressure just a helpful assistant. My wife and I were treated like members of the family, even though this was the first time we had ever visited this dealership. She didn't even force herself into the car when we took two cars for test drives. We negotiated a great deal and look forward to a long relationship with Keyser Miller Ford.

Contacted me immediately, very professional and scheduled a test drive for
later that day. I traveled almost 2 hours to their location. Turned out I did
not buy a vehicle from them but they were very informative and able to
negotiate a little on a CPO Ford. They also added some extras to help
close he deal. I would buy there given a different vehicle.

Bought a used Mercury Mariner from them, July 2013. For this transaction, they were honest and fair. Minus: test drive was very short. Plus: When we discovered a tiny windshield crack as we were preparing to take delivery, they took $200 off the already-agreed sale price. Salesman Charlie went out of his way to be helpful, and to answer any questions we had. Would gladly deal with them again, should the occasion arise.

This car dealer was unwilling to negotiate its listed price on a pre-owned vehicle OR deal with the repair issues that my mechanic identified. Mary told me that they are like Car Sense, but the SUV I was interested in was priced $1000 above Kelley Blue Book Value. I found virtually the same vehicle at another dealer which had the same miles and was one year newer.... for $2000 less. Your time and money are valuable; spend them elsewhere.
