Initial sales person was very helpful and responsive. Provided honest feedback and agreed to sales price plus trade in cost after consulting with the manager. Then assistant manager lowered trade in value and wanted to charge double for transportation fee. Deal fell apart due to assistant manager inability to negotiate fair price. Essentially I agreed with sales person but assistant manager caused deal to fail due to not honoring sales person agreement.

Frank, David, and Mike are the most helpful, knowledgeable, honest and nice people I have worked with in a very long time. The entire staff at Key Acura is just a pleasure to be around. I can't remember every single persons name, but I can tell you everyone was very nice and accommodating. They have a very clean, beautiful showroom and even a place for kids to play while the parents are talking with the staff. Very safe environment. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Key Acura of Reno for a no hassle, no pressure. What a great experience when buying a car. Thank You

Not good, ask them to lower the price from 15,000, they said they put too much money into it. Really like what, they can’t certify it. Then couple days later they lowered it to 13,300 and it sold. Won’t go back!

I went to look at a car on Saturday, this dealership is not five stars any longer, the car was not in good shape and had a lot of vibration from driving right away, and when I got on the freeway the steering wheel was visibly shaking and sales person brought it to service dept, who said the car is fine basically a car that go 65 miles an hour on the freeway has a aggressively shaking steering wheel is satisfactory for Acura to sell, amazing. Please note I had a Yelp Review from 2015 giving them 5 stars, which is what this review is referencing.

Dealer made some rude comments. He asked if he would "need a helmet" when I took the wheel for a test drive. (Perhaps he thought it was humorous). When asked if they would come down on the price, he responded "Why would we?" I had planned to bring an associate to look at it again, but I cancelled the appointment. Went to another dealer and had a fabulous experience, great interest rate, great price and bought a new one!

I had a very pleasant experience with Acura of Reno. I really like my "new" 2014 Acura TL. They thoroughly inspect the vehicles. This one seems brand new. The sales staff is very knowledgeable.

Purchased car long distance. The salesperson was very responsive, picked my husband up at the airport and had the transaction papers ready to sign. We were pleased with the process and interactions. Everything was as advertised.

The dealer contacted us by email. After further investigation, we decided we were not interested in this particular car. Still interested in a Venza. Did not have a peronal conversation with dealer other than email. He was responsive.

I was disappointed with this dealer. I had scheduled a test drive for Saturday Morning at 10. When I arrived after driving 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, I was informed the car was no longer available. I was fully prepared to purchase the vehicle. This inability of the dealership to communicate with me prior to my trip was inconsiderate and a complete waste of my time and will not return to or ever recommend this dealership.

This car sold before I could get there but the salesman showed me another that was even more perfect for me. The price was fair and the process was smooth. Although I bought an older car, I was treated like a VIP from beginning to end, starting with the salesman bringing the car to my office for a test drive, to everyone in the dealership introducing themselves and shaking my hand. I have even received follow-up emails from the General Manager, offering any assistance. Top notch outfit!

They never called me back so I went in and scheduled an appointment. Their service was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. They talk down and treat you like you're garbage. Hated every second... offered sticker price and they said no thank you. Stay away if you value yourself. They are the worst.

Very clean car. I couldn't negotiate much off the asking price, but feel I got a nice car at fair market value. The sales manager agreed to throw in a free brake system flush to bring all maintenance up to date. Very good after sale communication. Highly recommend this dealer.
