Very fast response on all my questions
What a wonderful experience! We dealt with Isaac from start to finish. What he told me over the phone was consistent all the way through.
He didn't jerk us around. We never were passed off to a finance person, then back to the sales person. It was one person the entire time.
The price was fair, no funny business. I highly recommend Kenston for anyone shopping for a vehicle. I was very impressed.

While I didn't end up getting this vehicle my experience with Drew was great. He was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I
live 16 hours away from this dealership, but dealing with Drew has definitely made me keep them on the radar for purchasing a vehicle.

I have not yet had a car buying experience from them. However I did go look at a vehicle and test drove it. The company seems awesome. Very laid back and hassle free. When I'm ready to make my purchase I will be going back.

Ended up purchasing this truck. Talked with Drew over the phone and within 2 days we settled
on a trade in value and vehicle price. Drew sent me through email the prices and taxes which
very satisfactory. We arrived at Kentson, met with Drew and test drove the truck. Signed the
paper work and paid our share at that was it. Drew went out of his way to meet our price. It was
the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. No surprises. Thank you

Chad at Kentson responded to my inquiry within an hour and set an appointment with me. When my wife and I arrived he greeted us at the door and had the car ready for us to drive. After getting license and insurance info he handed me the key. The car was in beautiful shape and drove like a dream but my wife didn't like the color. We ultimately chose a car at a different dealership. Through the whole process, Chad was a complete professional who wanted only to make us happy. There were no pressure tactics and no anger when we walked away. Chad didn't make a sale that day but he certainly made a great impression, and I would be happy to shop at Kentson again and to recommend them to my friends and family.

I called to inquire but the vehicle already had a deposit made to start the purchase. I missed out on this great vehicle. It's my #1 choice and exact colors exterior and interior also great price and mileage. The sales associate did ask if I was interested in another vehicle.

The letter was helpful at first but when the deal
wasn't going through they ignored our calls or
wouldn't get ahold of us so they were great
showing us around but at the end it felt more like
being led on than actually help

My son was in the market for a late model P/U truck. He had tried to
buy one where he lives in South Florida, but the dealer was playing so
many games that he decided to look elsewhere on line. At Kentson, he
found an identical truck, only newer, with more options, in better
condition and for less money. And he got an interest rate almost half of
what the Florida dealer offered. The staff was very professional and
delivered everything they promised. Who knew buying a car from a
dealership over 2,000 miles away would be so easy and satisfying.I
highly recommend Kentson for anyone looking for a quality vehicle at
a great price, no matter where you live.

This dealership is where I will purchase my next car at. No BS, just great
prices. Have not had the chance to experience the service yet, but read
some reviews that say it is great. When I asked them the price of the car,
they said that the prices advertised where the prices I would pay. A
comparable car at another dealership was $3000 higher than Kentson, so I
feel confident I am getting the best deal possible

These folks did respond, however, they aren't
interested in a cash deal, only financing. At first
I tried to have a Cadillac dealer help me buy
this car because he would get it certified for
me. Kenton wasn't willing to do that. Then I
offered cash to buy the car myself. I was told
by the salesman "Won't you finance the car?
That's how we make our money." No, I wanted
to pay for it outright. "Sorry, we can't help
you."

What a great experience buying our new car! When we first
walked into the Kentson Car Company to test drive a vehicle, we
were greeted by several very friendly people. We had an
appointment with Zach and found him to be awesome! (Very
friendly and informative, and we felt no pressure.) We will
recommend this car company to our friends and family.

ended call with the inane, "Well we want to get the best car for
you whether it is from us or some other dealer". So he was correct
about the latter. I bought one from MB of Denver.
