We regret the vehicle did not meet your expectations.  The residual smell from our cleaning chemical used the day prior to your visit was temporary and dissipates in a day or two.  We had only one day notice of your arrival and wanted the best presentation possible inside and out.  The weather is hot and the used 12-seat van was closed up trapping whatever smell(s) from the original owners or occupants.  Our choice of cleaning method was designed to sanitize rather than mask.  If you use bleach in your home or motor home it too is a harsh smell but very effective and does not linger very long.

The reviewer is unfortunately not being factual.  The objection was price, not time and distance.   The prospective buyer verbally agreed to purchase at the already low asking price with the only variable being a possible trade vehicle where the value was yet to be determined.  A day later, the prospective buyer expressed in an email that our price was too high after consulting with a friend who is in the automotive business.  My professional and courteous reply was to inform the prospective buyer that the status of the vehicle was now sold and that our price was extremely fair.  We do not ove
