Very bad experience! At first they answer fast but when it become concreet they keep silent , also it seems to me that they sell cars that are not they cars… compleet no effort in finalized the deal ! Already good that i not payed before i checked the tittle …

Good initial contact, but no follow up with my question of interior color.

I Called this dealership with serious intentions to purchase Toyota Highlander, and at first the salesman Josue, was attentive, after submitting app. That changed perhaps I wasn’t in his credit score criteria, to stay committed and staying professional to the sale. Then shortly afterwards his finance manager Stephan, reached out once and promised to follow back up and never did. As a customer I had to do the follow ups which is not good in building trust with prospect, Overall, the experience was not good. Perhaps management needs to coach such employees once again.

I reached out regarding this vehicle and received an immediate response from the dealership. The salesperson that contacted me ended up taking me through the full process of trading-in my previous car and purchasing of the new one. The dealership was out of state for me, so the help I received from the salesperson was too notch. I would recommend cargurus as well as Ken Garff VW to anyone!

They were helpful and responded quickly. They even took pictures/video of the vehicle I was interested in.

Dealer contacted me quickly and had great information for what I wanted. I'm not quite ready to buy a car yet. Dealer wrote a great email and asked me to contact them when I am ready. I like that I haven't been pestered since my reply. I hate that!
