Whatever price you see on their website add $1890 to it. They have this upholstery warranty, car coating, and GPS tracker YOU HAVE TO BUY with their vehicles. They tack it on as an
âAftermarketsâ charge on the writeup. You canât opt out because they already added the coating to the car and installed the GPS tracker. The tracker they tell you is your benefit because you
can connect your car to your phone to see diagnostic data, but in reality, itâs so they can track your every movement should they need to repo the vehicle. You are paying them to be tracked.
Donât lure people in from pricing online and then force them to buy an unnecessary package. I cannot find anywhere on the site where this mandatory âAftermarketsâ information is disclosed. Itâs
insane that they call their online prices as TRUE PRICE. Buyer Beware!

Discussed the vehicle at length, and they were initially very helpful. Negotiated price including shipping and agreed to purchase with the sales
rep and sent DL and insurance information. A couple hours later, I received a "oops, we didn't price shipping correctly, we will have to adjust
the price." After two days of increasing concessions on my end (we can ship it to a city 1 1/2 away, and the price went up an additional $1000),
I asked to speak to a manager after they told me that they were entertaining other offers. Once I asked to speak to a manager, they told me he
was in a meeting for two hours and the vehicle sold.

I was and still am impressed with the service and attention that I have received from my salesman at Ken Garff Nissan. Ty has been amazing! We still haven’t closed the deal but he has kept me informed and his low-pressure sales approach has been great. So far I would give them five stars.

The Dealer did respond to me in an appropriate time.
I went and looked at the truck. We negotiated a price with some repairs to
be done. I left the dealership with a handshake and smile. one week later i
came back to finish the deal. One of the three repairs was done for sure.
The other two if they were addressed did not fix my concern and or
problem. Sales manager started making excuses for problems not being
done and would not review the repairs report.
I was pressured at that point to purchase the vehicle and they would make
it right later. I left the vehicle in their lot to try again.
Considering some of the comments from the sales manager concerning
the repair work that was allegedly done , I am considering not purchasing
the vehicle.

I contacted the dealer. My husband and I went to test drive the car. We
were very interested, we had no time to sit down and talk more about it. We
told them we were going to come back, my husband needed to go back to
work (it was during his lunch time). When we texted back and tried to buy
the car, they told us they sold it. I had other people confirm that because I
felt they were lying. Other people called and were told the car was available
for sale in their lot. I really don't know why they will not want to sell their
cars! But whatever, we did not have time for games. We simply found
another car and bought it. We are actually really happy with our choice and
decision. No, I will never go there. The guy that helped us was really nice
but no experience whatsoever. We do look young so I don't know if that
contributed to it. We were very disappointed.

could see how much legroom it had.
