Purchased a truck with plans to have dealer ship the vehicle as offered on Cargurus it’s about 2,200 miles. I paid full asking price for the vehicle didn’t send an offer just said I’ll take it. It took over a week for them to respond with what to do to start the buying process. After that they lost the paperwork that I waited over a week for the notary to bring and have signed. It took about 3 weeks to settle the paperwork because the finance manager had the wrong dates on them. After that I sent them the exact amount they asked for and the truck was supposed to be shipped. I am now 7 days away from my first payment and still do not have a truck in my driveway. The whole process was unsatisfactory the only thing I will say is my salesman was very helpful when I asked the initial questions on the truck. All down hill from there. If I could rate them negative stars I would.

Process was quick and easy, brought home a 2019 Suburban. I personally worked with a salesman nicknamed Boo. He's great and very knowledgeable, ask for him when you get there.

A zero. Forced to give them $500 to hold the car so I could test drive it. The sales man said we would get it back. The car was heavily smoked inand it smelt bad. Burn holes in the seat. Broken door handles. Brakes had warped rotors. Said it was detailed but it was dirty, head liner was never cleaned. After test drive we told the sales man we did not want the car. He leaned over the desk at us and glared at us. We told him of the problems, and again said we do not want the car. We asked for deposit back, his response was "that was the car you wanted wasn't it? We again asked for the money back, he just sat up and glared at us and said "I'll find you something else then walked away". Told the person in charge what happened, His response was "wasn't that the car you wanted"? I replied "don't strongarm us into buying a car we did not want"! We got money back and while leaving the sales man said to my wife "you know will never find a perfect car"! Don't buy a car there!

After talking to the salesman he reassured me that the vehicle was not an accident it was in great shape. I had flown up there from California just to see that vehicle after spending over $400 in travel expense. When I saw the vehicle it was obvious it had rear end damage . The bumper was separating from the rear quarter panel. I had called the next day asking to speak to the general manager and left a message for him to call me after not hearing from them I contacted the corporate office they told me they would get up in touch with the general manager and have him call me. He never call then I call corporate again and they assured me this time he would call me again no phone call. Having them trying sell a Vehicle that was involved in an accident and having the general manager never returning my phone call I would never trust this car dealership. If I could’ve gave him by -5 stars I would’ve.

Very helpful and they give ❗️ So impressed that I bought the car. I live in Idaho and they even brought the car to Logan so I wouldn’t have a 3 hour drive. Excellent service.

Nice dealer experience but two things. When I got the car home from Salt Lake to Las Vegas I had to buy a three hundred dollar battery for it. I think the salesman knew it because he showed me how to get to it and also said if you don't drive it, it goes dead. The car has over spray all over it and you can see orange peel. So I think something had happen to this car that they would'nt say. The people there were very friendly but I would be friendly to you too if you're handing me a check. I know I'm expecting too much for people to be honest.

I called and asked questions. Things that were mandatory on the truck. I was told yes. I paid $45 for an uber to get there to buy the truck. When I got there it didnt have what I needed. I was told that Ram can add it. I knew they couldn't. I told them no, no mechanic can just add the feature. The salesman told me it's because mechanics are just lazy. I'm a mechanic. And it turned out I was right. I was told the gasoline and diesel are the same truck. Gasoline and diesel are the same. They were just trying to make a sale, no matter their integrity. I had to spend $45 more getting back to my hotel. If you go to them,really verify they have what they have. Save yourself the trip.

It was really bad experience. We went to Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne to buy the car (2015 VW Tiguan ) last week. The salesman Freddy done everything to not sell the car to us.He has no knowledge about this car at all. While I'm test driviving , he was insist t hat car was 2016 model. Anyway next day ,He gave me a offer on the phone and we accepted so i went to bank and get ready for all the paperwork. when i went to dealership, he gave me higher price than he gave before,. I have been at many dealership at slc . they were the worst one. I still cant believe that i couldnt buy the car because of salesman !!

Excellent service provided by this dealership and the rep that contacted me. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. The rep answered all of my questions, provided me with a personalized walk around video on YouTube. The sales rep was very patient and thorough. These guys provided a highly professiofessional way of dealing with customers, asking questions, and addressing concerns. A+++

Very poor service. I drove over 150 miles to look at a car. The salesman even texted me 2 hrs. before I arrived to check in. When I got there the car had just sold. Very upset and they really didn't care. Never going back.

Wess Steele and the ppl.at Riverton Hyundai Mitsubishi were very helpful. My experience there was a bit long but they made up for it.I would recondmend Riverton Hyundai to my friends

I mae several appointments to look at cars. each time they told me " we just sold that one". Im glad they sold 5 cars from Saturday to Sunday but because I drove a hour there to test drive one that " they just sld" on Monday, they could've called me. Then I waited an hour for the sales person to find another and he never came back.
