They didn’t have the vehicle there when I arrived to look at it even tho I got on the website that morning and asked about it….. our. Salesman Esiah did try to email but we were already on our way. But we ended up getting a Tucson instead so it all worked out fine

They were great. They honest, listened and weren't pushy. When I told the the maximum I was willing to pay they didn't try and squeeze another couple hundred out if me. Lastly, they filled the car with gas. I know its a little thing, but many places don't do that.

They said they did a complete inspection of the vehicle, I went with my daughter to make sure they didn't sell her a car with a problem. This car had obvious transmission issues never got out of 1st gear once fluid warmed up. This was a virus to me but someone that doesn't know this could have been hidden. Not pleased with the honesty of the dealer

The car was on the website but not available when we got there. There were actually three total but all were reserved. It was a bit frustrating that they don’t take them off their website.

Buyer beware - I have called this Dealer twice now regarding this listing. The state that this vehicle has gone through the safety point check / inspection but it HAS NOT. The Sales Manager told me that it would cost much more if they ran it through their inspection so it is up to the buyer. I appreciate that but they claim, on KSL.com and other locations, that this vehicle has been checked out / inspected. Apparently the second call went ignored as well since they are still listing this as a inspected vehicle. NOT what I expect from a Ken Garff Dealership!!

The dealership contacted me immediately after showing interest. The salesman even proactively sent me a video of the car he made specifically for me on his cell phone. It was impressive and greatly appreciated.

Super pushy salesman. I asked in my email of interest to be contacted via email or text only as I work 2 jobs and can’t take personal calls at either. The salesman contacted me initially via text but then proceeded to text and call 8-10 times per day. Once a second sales rep started calling multiple times daily in addition, I blocked the number in an effort to not hamper my employment. This is rather pushy and excessive in my opinion.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Ken Garff Hyundai! The salesperson I dealt with was Angel Prado and he went way beyond what I could ever hope for! This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had!

I purchased this car from close to 1000 miles away. Ayla, the sales representative, was great to work with. She was responsive to questions, represented the car accurately and provided a video of the car for review. She handled the necessary steps with my credit union to complete the loan and title paperwork so that when I flew in completing the transaction was smooth and painless. The car was as described and ran perfectly on the road trip home. The entire transaction was straight forward and without the typical sales push and games normally played at car dealerships. I would recommend the buying experience at Ken Garff with confidence to anyone. If you are looking for a car give them a call or go visit and see for yourself.

Called once. Before I had a chance to finish work they called again. I explained to him i had a family emergency and he called me 3 more times that night. Disrespectful. Called 4x/day for a week.
