The Seller contact meet. We made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. The salesperson had to leave so his colleague attended to me and he did so very respectfully and considerately kindly. The problem was that when he brought the vehicle it had the engine light on and they never warned me about that problem;
If I had known, I would not have wasted time (which I don't have since I do have 2 girls with special medical needs, with seizures and very little help) besides wasting my gasoline, for nothing.
I recommend always giving buyers a warning about the condition of the vehicle, otherwise we could interpret it as an intention to take advantage of customers. Although they tried to convince me that they didn't know that light was on, but being the Dealer that he is and the volume of vehicles they drive, I find it difficult to believe. if it is a vehicle that was not inspected by the dealer's mechanical workshop or by its service,... it gives me distrust in the same way, ...it give

Leading up to driving to the dealership, they were pretty responsive and helpful. Once we got there, the receptionist was so rude. It took her a minute to even notice we were there, because she was watching tv on her phone. Once we did get her attention, she acted like we were a burden to talk to, even though we had an appointment. Then we looked at the car. It was in incredibly rough shape, with a crappy fix of the front bumper, along with a massive crack across the windshield that made it hard to even see out of when test driving, along with about 5 error codes popping up with all the broken things in the car. To top it all off, the car salesman said that with all the “repairs” they had done to the car, it would be an extra $1000 on the listing price to pay for what they had fixed. Come on.
We ended up leaving right after, and felt frustrated with our experience. We drove over an hour both ways to see a car that we feel was dishonestly listed both price wise and with its condition
I did not go to the dealership to look at the vehicle. Upon speaking with them, they said it was sold even though it said available online. They also did not update my personal information even though they were asked several times and sent 2 emails to my ex-husband regarding what I was doing. It was very unprofessional and I would not but a car from them anytime in the future.

It’s a low price because it has a lot of problems, the check engine light is on. Would probably not pass emissions as it is. It appears it might be leaking radiator fluid from a poor seal on the radiator cap. The car has been obviously into accidents, only one is reported on car facts. Who ever buys this car must be able to buy it in cash. None of this is even listed on the website. Would be a great car to buy and fix up if someone has the on hand.

up buying from them. There is a very good chance that the next time I go shopping I will go to Ken Garff.
