Good
I called in a 2016 Yellow Ford Focus ST. When I
enquired about the vehicle I was told the Ford
Focus ST I wanted to see couldnât pass emissions.
Why is a dealership posting cars that canât even be
registered? This was a dealership and this
information was not included in the vehicle
description. If I hadnât called I would have wasted
an entire afternoon chasing a car that couldnât even
pass emissions.

Worst vehicle experience I have ever had. Told the salesperson I was buying the truck and they
sold it right out from underneath me. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. They do not care about
people only making a sale. If you buy or deal with them you have been warned. Management
will give you some stiff cold excuse, this place is a joke!!!!

I am giving one star because they salesman, Lilly tile me they car was sold after I arrived at the dealership. She had my cell and shed did not tell me the car was sold until I made to the dealership. It was very disrespectful and disappointed

Vehicle I inquired about was not not as described. Flew from Denver to SLC to make purchase. When I arrived I was disgusted by the vehicle condition. Scratches were much worse than pictured or described. Was told the vehicle had very tires on it, they were worn done to the wear bars. Lost $500 deposited that I put down on the vehicle after I bought my plane ticket. No attempt was made by the dealer to make a sale. Didn't even offer to put it in the detail shop to see if the scratches would buff out. Would not negotiate price at all. Worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Worked hard to get the deal I needed
I am always skeptical and hate the runaround at car dealerships.
We did negotiate a little which I expected. As an out of state buyer,
they worked with me to see the vehicle, make the deal, and finish
what they promised. There were no surprises when I showed up to
the dealer ship and closing of the transaction went smoothly. I
would do business with them again. Rudy, my salesmen was
excellent.

Great dealer. They make sure you are happy. When I had a problem they made sure it
got resolved. Its nice to see a car dealer that cares about their customers, its rare now
days but Ken Garff Ford is the best.

Sales person Austin was great. They were very busy but he stayed with me through the whole.

They do not negotiate price at this dealership. They said that they already
mark it down to the lowest price they will sell it for which was a little
disappointing. Overall the customer service was good though and I was
able to get into a car that I liked.
They called back immediately. They were very friendly and
willing to work with my schedule. The did try to accommodate
mu budget but in the end we couldn't come to a deal. I would
recommend them highly.
I did not feel a lot of pressure to buy. He was clearly stunned
that I was willing to walk away from the deal, but took it with
good grace and was very helpful.

Just becarefull wich salesman you choice first check with the general manager of salesman is the best and trust them and they don't have clean, washer and don't inspect the vehicles before put in sales they sales how they take for trade. Don't have specifications in the window or any information for the vehicle. (don't trust a salesman if he said "you buy a vehicle I install the auto parts need the vehicle, come next week or text me they don't call you back or text so becarefull wit this dealer just 3 1/2 star for this dealer next time I take another for dealer....

I would not buy a pretzel from this dealer. The car they offered was a total loss by their own admission. It was going to cost m ore to fix than it was worth. After they put the wreck on the market in an unsuccessful attempt to find a sucker to buy it, they decided to send it to auction. Shady, very shady.

The absolute worst. The salesman named Mike actually told me he was not going to play "negotiation games"...this is after he had strung me along for a month stating they couldn't change the price at all from the sticker because Ford wouldn't allow it. He kept saying he was honest but it didn't pass the BS test. Avoid at all cost...go to Morgan UT and work with the folks at Young Ford...they were awesome and over $1000 cheaper.
