I purchased a vehicle on December 27. I still do not have my license plates because of a conflict between the dealer and the municipality trying to issue my plates according to the municipality they have rejected the paperwork four separate times because of errors for the dealership very disappointed.

Harold was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
The car was not ready when we came to drive it was leaking oil ,the pasanger side tire has big ball on the side of the tire was not save to drive . We made the appointment to see the toyoya sienna and it was not ready. We came twice and the second time the front cover bumper was not well attached correctly second safety issue and the seller attitude was not friendly. We decided to wallk away in minutes.

Great experience. Aidin was my sales guy. Very helpful and low pressure. I felt like Ken Garff took care of the customer first.

Dealership was very responsive and answered all of my questions
We had numerous discussions. They sometimes took longer to respond than I would have liked, but they were always courteous and responsive. In the end, I did not buy the car, because it was a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay. Their price was at market, but when all the extras were included the price grew by $5,000 to about $35,000. This was more than I wanted to pay for a 5 year old car that was soon out of warranty on the hybrid battery.
It’s been a month since I started inquiring about a trade in here. The internet manager was quick to respond but after day two never heard from him again. Two and a half weeks later someone called to follow up I told them I already gave all my info and was waiting on them to respond and he said he would look into it and never called back. I called a week and a half later to see wtf and a new person said oh yea I have your info let me work on it and get back to you and once again never did. Waste of time and points off my credit for nothing, thanks.
they sold the vehicle i was trying to buy while i was waiting on financing, found out from cargurus
email that it sold, no word from dealer about selling it while i was waiting on financing, not handled
very professionally. it sold on tuesday today is thursday and they still havent told me they sold it out
from under me. i'll look elsewhere.

Test drive went great, got approved for financing, took the car home the same day after they finished installing a GPS. Got the welcome call from the bank to finalize the purchase and I THOUGHT that everything was taken care of and was excited to finally have a vehicle and while I was at a friend's house the car got towed away because the dealership put out a Repo. They never tried to contact me about any issues that may have come up so that I could resolve them and it ended up leaving me stranded all night.

Horrible business would not recommend doing business
here. I saw a diesel truck for 20k and took my truck and
camper in as a trade in. The value of my truck and
camper is 6k they only gave me 2k cause they didnt care
for the camper is what they said. Then they didnt even
try to finance me on the truck but they put me in a 2014
passet. The key phobs did not work and the ac did not
work. I told the dealership I wanted these things fixed
before closing the deal. After leaving the dealership my
sales rep kris calls me and asks for me to submit the
same documents "proof of income, rental agreement,
phone bill, and bank statement" this went on for 3
weeks. Never did they call me to fix the issues with the
car it was always asking me to resubmit my documents.
As a sales rep he should of had those documents on file
and he should of called me with a date to fix the car.
They sold the car to me at full price when it needed
mechanical work. Over all I did not like their service.

The car sold itself and was exactly what we wanted, but the young dealer did not have much knowledge or experience- he was just kind to my kids and wanted a sale. Overall working with the dealership was not a great experience. It could have been a bad day, but they couldn’t care less about me or what worked for my family needs or financial situation. They were not flexible and acted like I was an inconvenience to the sale they knew they could make “from other customers that would be more grateful for this offer.” It was not a great experience, it took 4 hours with no hospitality for me or my family, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from American Fork Ken Garff Ford to anyone.

Someone from the dealership contacted me the next day
The salesman and his manager were very helpful and very pleasant to
work with.
They went out out of their way to answer all my questions. And
concerns about the vehicle. After a test drive and though inspection of
the truck I decided to buy, the sales manager was extremely helpful in
putting together a number of options to choose from with my concerns
of the financial matters addressed.
The finance guy put forth many different options on purchasing the
truck. There was some up selling involved, but I felt I was never
pressured to accept any of the plans offered.
All in all working with Ken Garff Ford was a very pleasant experience.
Ken Graff was great to work with. They responded quickly to my email regarding vehicle I had seen online. That particular vehicle wasn't available, but I did purchase one I just love!

I drove 250 miles to Salt Lake City to test drive and hopefully
purchase this vehicle. Upon arriving at 10:00 am I received a call
from the dealer informing me that another customer had made a
deposit on the vehicle three days earlier. I had gone through the
trouble of completing an online application for credit and had
several conversations with Josh who apparently on Friday
afternoon didn't check the status on the computer. My wife and I
got a good laugh on the way home when passing the billboards
reading, "We Listen". Not!

I got a call from Kenny, but never responded because of the other 3
bait and switch scams. Guess what was there when I arrived? The
advertised car, ready to roll, at the quoted price, in the showroom.
Guess who's got my business, my referrals, and my respect? Oh,
did I mention I bought that car from Kenny? Yeah, my new Roush
RS is the sweetest ride I've ever owned. I traded in my old mustang
for a couple grand less than if I sold privately to close the deal right
then. Thank you Am Fork Garff Ford! I'll bet Kenny sees a few
Mustang enthusiasts that mention me as a referral. Thanks for
taking down the pic of my car once I closed, you guys have an
ethical and honest dealership! I wear my Ken Garff Mustang hat
proudly!

$299. dealership document fee is the highest in the state.
Business manager tried to "slam" us for a $399 "anti-theft
registration fee" that really is just a serial number engraved on
windows. We were overcharged $40 for the state age-
based/property assessment fee and have requested a refund. the
salesman was nice. Everyone else wasn't.
