The worst car dealer I’ve dealt with in more than 40 cars I’ve owned. Thought I had a deal with them and they turn around and lie saying the truck sold. It did to one of their other stores. They raised the price over $6000 and put it back up for sale. What a damn joke. Will never recommend them to anyone. They deserve a 0 star rating!

I bought the car. The dealership was ok, but very inflexible on the price. Since then they have not fixed the fan motor noise and suggested that I get it done at a Toyota dealer. It seems as though they are passing the buck.

They tried hard....just did not have the right vehicle in stock.

Car had tons of issues that could easily be stated in the ad I was ready to buy and have the car transported to Texas but after I told them that I was a remote buyer all the issues came to light which was good saved me a headache but I would help to mention that the car didn’t run didn’t have a battery had engine problems timing problems leaks abs not working etc

I Inquired about a jeep grand cherokee via car guru and had a call back with in a half hour! I spoke with Conner who set up an appmnt for the day I would be as I live you out of state. Upon our arrival we were greeted by very pleasant staff. Conner was excellent he had the jeep on the show room floor ready to view! Unfortunately it wasnt quite the right jeep and we had to move on to other jeeps we had looked at. Conner looked at other dealer to try to help us find a jeep and gave us some very valuable advice on buying! Which I took if your reading this thank you Conner! All in all Ken Garff was excellent I would use them again and I definitely reccomend Conner for your sales person.

The sales rep was relatively new to selling cars but was very friendly and tried very hard reach my level of expectation. Unfortunately I drove an hour to see the truck only to find that the vehicles condition was not anywhere near the condition that was advertised. I left somewhat frustrated.

Dealer was too busy to respond to my questions on a timely basis. Did send a video of the vehicle within 24 hours of first contact. Waited several days for a copy of the Carfax and the vehicle sold during that time frame.

This dealership has it together. MY email inquiry was answered almost immediately by John and he took care of all of my concerns. Unfortunately for me , the car was sold before I could look at it but they said they would try to find me a car just like it. A few days later Ivan the GM contacted me to find out if my need had been taken care of. This displays excellent customer service which many dealers don't have.
