This is a bait and switch type dealership. Advertised one price at a time”discount” then added $5,000 in fees to make up the price difference. Told them to kick rocks. Kia dealerships are the worst! Ended up finding another Honda 2 years newer for $2,000 less the next day and bought that one.

I did go to the dealer and purchase the vehicle. However, I received ZERO after sale support! I came in on Saturday, January 18th and purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I took it home over the weekend to have my Mechanic check it out. I brought the vehicle back in on Monday January 20th (a two hour round trip) to finalize the sale and to have a small scratch & dent fixed on the car, as agreed upon when I bought the car. When I arrived on Monday, after waiting several hours, I was told that no one was coming in to fix the small scratch & dent. I talked to the Salesman and he said he would arrange an appointment for me and call me with the details. I have never received a call or been given the appointment details. I have sent multiple emails and no one has ever contacted me or followed up on the emails. I got a fairly good seal, but Ken Ganley Kia has ZERO after purchase support! VERY SAD!

This dealer was deceptive and dishonest. We drove 250 miles to check out this car based on a trade value for our car that they reneged on. Pricing on the offer sheet was also deceptive. The manager profusely said that it “wasn’t his intention to be dishonest” but did very little to show contrition or make the situation right. We left without buying the car. This dealership will waste your time and show little respect or regard for keeping their word. Highly suggest you don’t buy here.

yes they contacted me BUT they never returned my call when i asked if the unit was still available to come see and make a deal on I assume they sold it but a phone call would have been nice. will NOT contact that dealership again apparently unless your buying when they make contact you don't matter. NOT Happy

Drove 3 hours to see the car, in the pictures the roof is black.... in person the roof is red.... uck... Also in the pictures they conveniently failed to show the drivers seat, the worn leather.... the seat looks like it came out of a 1970s 124 spider....

From the moment we arrived at the dealer George chamber and the rest of the staff welcomed us and treated us with the upmost respect and made the caring process easy and laid back. Was contacted by three different sales people, which confused business. Online prices do not include nearly $2K in dealer installed options that dealer refused to remove, in addition to about $1000 dealer fee. This means online prices are actually almost $3K higher than the advertised price. Then dealer sold car out from under me while negotiating with no warning. Avoid this dealer.

I bought a different car from them a 2016 with 20k miles. They only had one remote for it. I found another and took it in to get a key made and programmed. First they lost my appointment, then was told the couldn't do either thing I requested, BUT they could sell me another key and remote that they had in stock. The price was only $258 plus $70 for programming. Imagine that already in stock for 10 times more than can be bought online and a 2 minute fob programming for ONLY $70. Well live and learn, my one and only purchase from NOT so Friendly KIa.

Only thing I didnt like was the hefty lot fee being $900! They ended up tackling $2000 of fees(including the lot fee) but I'd say it was worth it. They get you your new tags(if you need them) right on the spot. They gave the car a full tank of gas for me and I get free car washes with that car at that dealership. They are all friendly there and had a cookout while we arrived. I would definitely recommend them!

Dealers communication was fine , but once talks about price got serious; I did not hear from them. They kept telling me they had the best prices in town, but could not even give me a legitimate offer. They told me they would price match like Best Buy.

They are not professional at all There is a trap I contacted them two weeks ago about this corolla. I have been notified that it's available and aftet 2 hours I got a notification that it is sold !! Tbey kept it on car gurus and tbeir website and they try to get your foot in by lower its price from 6500 to $4881 . they claimed that they have a technical issue " that last two weeks!!!!"... They kept email me and send me a voice messages about new cars value which I'm didn't inquire about... They try to bring some serious customer's foot in to sell something differently the thing I considered unethical

It was not sold to the general public but at a dealer auction. This vehicle did not pass Friendly KIA's safety inspection. The reason why it took two weeks was that it was a 2009 Corolla and the part we thought could fix the problem was on back order. Once received 10 days after initailly ordering it, it was deemed to expensive to fix and could not be sold to the public. These things unfortunately happen, and out apologies that it happened to you. The fine print in CarGurus add indicated they would take $500 off for a trade in and $500 if financed thru them. Dealership said those discounts were included in $13,881 price. I was disappointed but bought the vehicle anyway.

very poor. deceptive pricing when advertising their 'deal' on CarGurus. Required of each sale is an additional $1,895 'Vehicle Protection Plan' (includes: Lifetime Window Tint, Lifetime Car Washes, Nitrogen Filled Tires, Custom Pinstriping and Door Edge Guards). Almost $2,000 for window tint and car washes? And that is in addition to their dealer fee of $900. So this increases the price advertised by $2800, no thanks. A waste of my time to respond to their ad. CarGurus, you should remove this dealership or require them to add the mandatory 'protection plan' in their advertised price.

VIP ????? They include all the possible rebates, even though you may not qualify for and ones you can get at any KIA dealer. If you are a cash buyer, no deals. They also parse the dealer options cost out of the VIP rice and add it back into the backend of the deal.

They did call me back to let me know they didnt have the car. They did say that there was another one they had. When we got there they made us feel very welcome & so friendly. They did everything they could to get us in the car that they had there. I had no other car lot ever work so hard to get me approve so I can take the car home that day. I would definitely be back when i need another car later on.

Thee worst place I’ve ever shopped for a car. Sales manager is unwilling to make deals. I sat at this place for 3 hours trying to buy a car. Had 15,000 cash and they basically jerked me around thinking I had more money to spend when I told them numerous times 15,000 out the door they continued to show me cars 4-5,000$ out of my price range

Very professional, answered all our questions, helped us decide which car was suited for us, and we negotiated a fantastic deal! Phenomenal used car buying experience! Although this dealership is over an hour away from us, it was definitely worth the drive! My son found this fantastic Subaru Crosstrek at a great price and our awesome salesperson, Joe Vickers, and the entire Friendly staff there were fantastic. They ALL went the extra mile and then some for us. They worked with us, so we ended up with a great car, a great price, and a great financing rate. It's a no-pressure sales team - which was a huge plus for us. The entire staff was friendly and seemed truly committed to accommodating our needs and helping us - NOT selling us! Honestly, if you are looking for a new or used Kia - I'd say definitely go here! (Their lot is huge and their selection is ENORMOUS.) If you want a used car at a terrific price and want to deal with a friendly, no-pressure team, I highly recommend you drive to New Port Richey. It will be worth your time!

They contacted me right away and let me know the vehicle was at their location. They were willing to work to fit our budget, followed us to car rental nearby to drop off rental, and made the purchasing of the vehicle as smooth as possible. We bought this vehicle, but there is no cruise control on it: They said if we bring it in they will install the cruise control (for a fee) and repair some scratches on the dash and glove box at no cost. Overall experience was very positive here : )

Responsive, open and honest. However, their pricing listed on your website is a bit misleading. The price they list is after $2,000 trade in and/or financing discount that has terms attached to it. So, if you don't meat those terms you don't pay that price. The car I was interested in was actually $15,881.

I bought a different car from this dealer. The car I was originally interested in had a cigarette smell. While I was unhappy they did not tell me the car was a smoker's car previously when I told them I was driving some distance, they did work hard to find another option. The car I ended up with was a good deal, they gave me a good price on my trade in and I did not have to haggle at all.

I hadn't purchased a car in 8 years and I remembered it being a total scam and a hassle that I dreaded. That's not what I experienced at Friendly. Was there a little tug-o-war over the price? Sure. Did I get hit with up-sale offers? Of course. But overall it didn't feel deceitful or overly pushy and at the end of the day I got a fair price and everything I asked for on my used Kia Soul. They have exceptional knowledge of their product and I felt like the most important client in the room to both my sales person and in finance. John Michael in sales is the man.

Most unleasent experience. The vehicle did not look like pics at all. Dents on every side of the vehicle. Radio knob / button missing and interior worn out so bad. This was on a 2010 Lincoln MKZ. The description said like new! Amazing and appalling. Do not recommend...what a waste of time!

First time we used internet shopping for a car. Told right up front that it was a ONE time owner car, turns out it was Enterprise Rental probably with100's of drivers. When we drove 1 1/2 hours. First thing discovered that the back door wouldn't open, should have been checked before selling. Then told that our mobility scooter could be removed from our car. What the truth was that they would take it to a dealer in the area and charged for removal and placement over $600. Offered second key for $70 and then told us we would have to purchase from Mazda and cost $130. So not truthful up front. Good points they repainted the bumper which was very scratched and took car to Mazda to have door fixed. (Under Warranty) They gave us a "Loaner" car while our car was having necessary work done, and then delivered our purchased car to us.

Although I purchased a car from another dealer, travel distance was a key reason. The salesman I spoke to, Mr. Dabrowski was excellent to work with.

Advertised price is not what they sell their cars for. You must have a trade-in a nd use their financing. This was not mention in Cargurus.

Manipulate the sale price of the car by giving credit for trade in and then decreasing what they give in trade. Multiple web sites said dealer should give $12,000 in trade. Dealer offered me $9,000!

Automatic follow-up is a triangle red & white warning sign 2 get ur attention on what's called a new arrival. As a retired global Intelligents ops this felt lk a national alert sound system. NOT A COPACETIC CONTACT BUT A VOLUMETRIC CONSORTIUM TO ESTABLISH CONTROL. The auto warranting my attention was t wrong year, color & equipment. Where do u go from there ? Nowhere.

Where to begin.. Everything started out great the car was everything I was looking for, drove and handled very well and priced below blue book. After test drive we talked numbers I told the sales rep where I need to be and they came back with a number WAY higher than what I could afford. I literally laughed. After repeatedly telling both the sales rep (nice guy) and finance manager (satin) no on the price they kept quoting me I walked. Finance manager acted like he was doing me a favor by dropping the price down to the price quoted online. Absolutely no transparency at this place. While leaving the lot I walked past the finance manager I told him they have my phone number if anything changes. He said they don't need it in a smartass tone. Literally two minutes after I left I get a call from the sales rep stating they have good news for me. I thought to myself, great they accepted my offer. Not even close, quoted me a price still $50 more a month then what I was willing to pay. Now I keep getting phone calls from the Internet sales manager asking if I would like to look at another car. I told the sales rep I wouldn't even come back if they came close to the price I was willing to pay since the experience there was like getting teeth pulled without novacane. I feel sorry for anyone who gets dooped into buying a car there. They put on this good cop bad cop routine and prey off the weak. They keep you there for as long as possible hoping you give in and walk out with a monthly payment that will have you working three full time jobs to pay off over 72 months. Went to another dealership the next day, same car same year same mileage, told rep and finance manager where I needed to be, payed exactly what I wanted. Told the rep my experience at "unfriendly" Kia and he stated they get that ALL the time. Save yourself the headache and never go there.
