I feel that drive over 4 hours to come buy the car that they should’ve been open and upfront with the condition of the car. You can’t sale a car close to market value then as soon as you get the car you have to spend 2100 dollars for a part. Then also pay to get it fixed yourself. Not good salesmanship

Had a great back and forth with Charles Greenberg at Ken Ganley. After two days we were able to reach an
agreement and close the deal. He had the car delivered to me 450 miles away and all went very smooth. Great
response and answered all questions quick and complete. Would recommend them for a great deal and
selection.

Diego was very friendly and helpful. Called in to make sure the vehicle was still available. He went and made sure to get the keys to make sure it was available and called us back. We had a great experience overall buying an suv from here. Vehicle was clean and didn’t have an empty tank when we test drove it. The dealership is very new and nice looking too.

Would never attempt to get anything from dealership again. Ram my credit 11 times got approved for the car and they I tried to give them deposit and they’re saying the car is sold after running my credit so many times

Salesman said they don’t sell many cars in Pennsylvania and didn’t know how financing worked. Last year they told me pricing on internet was for Ohio residents only. I will never contact them again

These cars that show great price donât exist in
reality for this dealer. They sit in inventory for days
, and when you call and try to buy that car you
will see that on that very day someone is buying
the car but they will have another car with similar
mileage and all , but at higher price.

Zach took good care of me. He also tried to accommodate me with my Covid-19 mask request. The offer was fair and the condition of the vehicle was good, they also stored the vehicle at the dealership for several days while I made arrangements to pick it up as it was well over 100 miles from my home .

Gary the salesman was great. No pressure, just trying to help. Would buy from him again.
Finance manager was pushy with extended warranty and other options, was uncomfortable with
it.
All the numbers were correct! There was not substitutions or hidden fees. Double check what is
being put down going to the finance office as they were busy and the communication between ppl
there seemed to be slightly off. We found a $1/month mistake that was quickly corrected.
We worked out all the details over the phone and via the web. It was easy and it works well.
When we got to the dealership, they had the car ready, detailed and filled up with full tank of gas.
We took the car for the test drive without any drama.
Finished the paperwork in about 30 min and were done.
4 stars due to added warranty push and slight inter-office communication issues. We are spoiled
coming from a luxury brand purchases last 20 years, so most ppl would never even notice.
Jonathan the sales guy was friendly and
responsive. Finance was pushy and tries to
get every dime out of you that they can.
Was told a lower interest rate to get me in
the door and then finance must have not
been making enough and bumped the
interest rate on me and told me a was lying
about being offered the original interest rate
(have text message proof saying I was
approved at that rate) Still took the vehicle
home because I had already made the drive
but it wasnât a great customer experience on
the finance side of things. Tires were 8 years
old and barely had any tread. I bought a
2013 truck so obviously the original tiresz
Had to immediately replace the tires on my
way home as they were severely dry rotted
and had 2 nails in one of the front tires and a
piece of metal wire in one of the rears. Kind
of shocked that they refused to replace tires
and were willing to sell it like it was.
Wouldnât use this dealer again.

Everything was fine went on a nice test drive tried to negotiate the price but was told could not come down on the price so I said I was going to keep looking around but he was very nice about everything.

They would not give me what I wanted for my trade in and they would not
negotiate the price of the vehicle. Against my better judgement I purchased
the vehicle. A day later my trade goes up on their website for double the
amount that they paid me for it!!

Was lied to about interstate taxes,then had the
gm try to chastise me for calling them out on it.
Customer service is important to me. Obviously
not to them. Honestly felt bullied.
A representative from the dealership reached out to me about my request in an appropriate
length of time. Went to check out the cars in person and actually ended up buying a totally
different car from this dealership. The salesman I worked with was Mark. Would highly
recommend working with Mark as he is accommodating, honest, and an overall pleasure
to work with.

and ended up buying new 2017 dodge. Best vehicle buying
experience we've had. Salesman Tom was patient, listened to our
needs and accommodated all our request. We now have a
perfect fit brand new truck that will last many, many years!

dealer hardly responded!, i went to view this vehicle twice, the first time
the sales manager was suppose to email me with some figures and
information which i never received, i then returned the second time to
test drive the mazda tribte to find it had, a check engine light on, well
over 99,000 miles not 98,597 as stated in the advert also needs a cat
converter among other needs total cost would be over 2500 dollars.
after two trips to Norwalk at 120 miles round trip ....very disappointed!!
