We had a great experience at Kayser Chevrolet. Everyone that we spoke with from the receptionist, to the salesman, to the business manager were very pleasant and helpful. Friendly and very responsive. I went to look at the truck Wednesday, called them on Thursday, and went and got it
Friday. I was out the door by noon on Friday with a new truck.

I had been looking for a new used car for about 3 months. Only hours after I inquired about a 2020 Honda CRV at Kayser's, I received a personalized video of an associate and a video of what the car looked like on their lot. I was surprised by such a quick and thoughtful response. I responded with more questions by email and was answered at every turn! I scheduled a test drive and drove an hour and a half to touch the vehicle to make sure my dream was real. I was gently guided through all the bells and whistles with a very patient Amanda! Thank you again Amanda! Financing went very smoothly with lots of choices and plans as what I can afford. Before I new it I was driving home in my new car!!! I couldn't be happier with the personal service I received from Kayser Chevrolet Buick! If you are searching for the right car like I was, check them out today! Don't wait!

Their responses was quick, we exchanged email multiple times in 1 day. They wanted me to sign the sales contract for the full listed price of
the vehicle and fax it to them, that's the only way they can guarantee to hold the vehicle for me. Then they told me that I don't even have to
buy if I should up and the vehicle didn't meet my expectation, they won't make me buy it, This sounds very fishy to me. My Spidey senses
was going off like crazy. I ask to see if we can work out the price of the vehicle first before I sign it and he told me "No". Gave an excuse that
all their vehicle was priced to sell and that no vehicle stays on their lot longer than 30 days. I told him "No Thank You" and that's one of the
weirdest contact I ever had. I'm still going to get that vehicle but from somewhere else. Something isn't right here.

Amazing experience here!! My husband and I were in a bad spot with our car. No other dealer helped us at all and we had been to at least 5 other places. But Chris helped us right away and never thought twice about it. I was looking at used because I never thought I could own a brand new car but by the end of everything my husband and I now own a 2020 equinox!! Chris and Ryan have been absolutely amazing!!!!!!

AMAZING customer service. 1st class in communication. Talked to 3 different team members throughout the process and all never made me
feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Loved that they even texted photos of the car and communication. Did not make purchase but would

The sales person was super nice, but the listing didn’t mention anything about it being a smokers car. I drove an hour to see and test drive the car only to find out it was a smoke filled! Very disappointed to say the least!

They are ~2 hrs from me and worked great with me over the phone.
Very responsive to my questions including walking out to the truck to get
answers. When I came in on a Saturday to see the truck they had
everything prepared and setup. Including doing the appraisal on my old
truck for trade in while I was test driving the new truck. The whole
process went smoothly. The truck was exactly like they described it
online and over the phone. When I left that day I was driving the new
truck. Great experience and very easy process!

instead. I found the truck more to my liking. Ballweg did a
very good job of explaining the history on the vehicle I did
purchase. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very
