I feel like they gave me a good deal an even fixed a few little things on the car. One part was missing an they got all the infor an said they would order the part an even paint it. All the vehicles on this lot are not what they seem. Many of them have a ton of cosmetic issues with them, and the dealership is unwilling to help in any way. Will not be buying a vehicle from here ever.

Great price for the vehicle. Staff was relatively friendly and helpful. However, the price was
non-negotiable. Also, the vehicle was given to us not freshly serviced, barely any gas in
the tank, and they were unwilling to wash the vehicle before selling it.

First time I have ever had such a pleasant car shopping experience. I found a few cars on Cars Gurus then went to Incline Auto in Fuquay-Varina, NC. No pushy sales reps, all my questions were happily answered and all the cars that were of my interests were priced considerably better than anywhere else.
I'm a first-time car shopper. They were really quick to respond to my initial inquiry.
When I arrived they gave me the keys, told me to find the car I asked for among
the other sedans, and take it around the lot. I was initially thrown off by this, as I
expected a salesperson to be following me around. After asking someone I came
to understand that they're a no-pressure dealership that will let you look around
and test-drive the vehicle you're interested in without pestering or trying to sway
you. I was able to test-drive 3 vehicles and ended up leaving with a 2017 Hyundai
Elantra. The employees were very friendly and patient with me, walking me
through the process and providing me with any information I asked for. No one
hassled me to make any decisions. Test drives are only ~15 minutes and they do
servicing on-site.

This is how a dealership should be. The gm, John, was very kind, honest and personable. No tricks or tactics. He gave us an excellent price on our 2016 Dodge Grand-caravan. Better than any I’ve seen and we’ve been looking for months. I’d recommend this dealer and will consider them again in the future.

Awesome dealership. Easy to communicate with and easy process
I worked with Moe and Youssef, and the process was pretty painless. I was able to test drive when I wanted, take the car for an inspection by my mechanic an hour away, and get in-and-out at the paperwork stage within an hour. The only costs added at signing time were a $500 dealer fee and normal tax and title costs. So, add $500 to your cost, and you know what to expect!
The representative was very obliging. He showed us 5-6 autos. All were
beautiful, however all had black interiors, except the 2015 Audi. I would
have been my choice - the big drawback was it was extremely
claustrophobic to me. The BMW I sat in was beautiful, the problem was the
drivers seat did not raise enough to be comfortable for me to drive. Nothing
seems to compare to my 2000 Avalon. Thank-you.

no negotiations AT ALL, we told them to call if the prices changed & we were rudely told “oh we won’t”. Few chips in paint on trunk and passenger door handle. Also no information on the new sway bar put in, tint or the new exhaust on it. the total was close to 12,000 & this car is not worth that much. Kelly blue book listed it for $9500. so no thx
They were responsive and helpful. I asked for more info, didn't get it...I am sure another buyer jumped
in and took it. That's how it goes, the one with the cash wins. No complaints.

Pretty good experience! I’m a little old school and would have liked to have more interaction with a sales representative, but due to COVID I understand the measures the dealership put in place for the safety of their customers and employees. The experience was good, they allowed me to do a full inspection of the vehicle answered my questions. They were transparent about the car facts report and purchasing options. Overall good experience. I would recommend visiting this dealership if your in the market for a vehicle. Lastly, pricing is spot on, not like the big dealerships that mark up their pricing up to $5k above market value.

Someone from the dealership did contact me and I
scheduled an appointment to test drive a truck with them
by email. The email did state that they sale their inventory
fast. However, once I arrived for my appointment I found
out that the truck had been sold. I traveled an hour for this
appointment and was not notified that the truck had been
sold. The same way the appointment was scheduled by
email they could have let me know that the truck had been
sold. I could have been at another dealership looking for a

Great experience, drove two hours to look at one vehicle, was getting ready to leave, salesman took my info and exactly what I was looking for and noticed wife looking at Full Size crew cab, salesman grabbed the key and an hour later we were headed home with a nice Dodge Ram 1500.
Would recommend these folks highly!

The cars at this dealership were very unimpressive. The Mercedes we went to see had terrible gashes in the seats that they seem to minimize in photos. Husband didn’t get a good vibe from the salesman either. We took our business elsewhere.

Somewhat helpful. I was given the keys and told the car is over there. No warranty unless you buy one. Dealer didn’t even have the courtesy to fill the tank with gas. Engine light came on 5 days after buying car. Already cost me $500 in repairs. Recommend buying from somewhere else.

All vehicles sold AS IS unless you purchase a warranty OR if the car still has the remainder of the factory warranty. We add $15-20 gas in every tank at time of sale. Depending on the vehicle size. The finance individual (Tony) was exceptional in working with me to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection, go over the financial aspects, up to settling at the end of a busy day. I want to also shout out to Janell who was patient with me on the phone and pleasant throughout the purchase process. purchased the car. I’ve been having problems since. The engine light has came on literally 2 days after I gotten the car and I’ve taken my car to this place to be fixed literally 4 times already. I’m being told the thermostat is the reason why the engine light was on. that was fixed visit before last. this visit they were suppose to “adjust it” because that is what had been causing the light to come on they say. it was adjusted and the engine light is still coming on. I haven’t even had my car for a month yet and it has been in their shop literally 4 times already!! At this point I am starting to believe the ppl there aren’t qualified to work on foreign cars because it is no way for can’t figure out what exactly is wrong with the car!! I will take it to BENZ and figure out what is it they can’t seem to get. I am very disappointed because the guy I worked directly with is great as a person. but this is not right to sell a car you know is gonna give someone problems once driven off lot.

Even though I didn't get to buy the vehicle I was looking at , at this dealership the employees here was helpful letting me know that they would be getting more inventory and that cars move fast from inventory so if you see one that gets your interest jump on it. I didn't and someone else got the vehicle.

We found a better car than for the one we went to buy. Dealership was very clear about their prices that they don't bargain. No pressure dealers they let you drive and chose your car and give you time to think over it. Buying process was quick. Took less than 30 mins to finalize the paperwork. I would recommend this place for used car buyer prospects.

Moe was absolutely amazing! From the no pressure to buy attitude, to the whole process of doing the paperwork, to talking with my bank, and keeping my fiancé and myself entertained. I absolutely love my choice of the car I purchased. I drove 30 minutes because of the reviews I saw online and I was not disappointed. I appreciate his honesty and our talk after my purchase. Thanks again Moe and in-line for my Camry. And my fiancé said you forgot to give him his coffee mug

Vehicle was in much worse shape than described. Was told it ran fine with no loss of power despite check engine light on. It had weak acceleration and was definitely not as described.

Just purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta. It was the most painless process ever! Staff is friendly and helpful, and there's no high pressure selling.
After a test drive, I told them the AC needed a little juice and there is a shudder when driving over 65 mph. They fixed the AC immediately
and have rear tires coming in a couple days. I am sure if this doesn't correct the problem, they will make it right. Very honest and easy to
work with. I will use this business from now on. Tony was great!

Never actually made it to dealership so take this as a grain of salt however from my experience of dealing with them online they were quickly responsive, and seemed to run a quality business they had no issue with me taking car to my own mechanic either. My one and only critique was after they had sold the car I was looking at it would have been a plus to receive a text or something instead of having to call and ask if it was still available.

When I inquired about the car on Sunday, they indicated they would have a sales
representative contact me within the hour as they were open. I never heard back from
them. I contacted them again on Monday and Tuesday, still nothing. Then on
Wednesday I got a notice from CarGurus that the car was sold. About 2 hours later,
Inline finally contacted me and I informed them the car was sold. I replied back to them
my concerns and experience and they did not believe me. I took screen shots of my

I don't want to even give one star! My wife and I drove 4 hours to get a 2015 Ford explorer, when we arrived the sales guy (Mo)was not there yet, 30 minutes prior to arriving I called Mo to make sure the explorer was clean and gassed up ready to go since we had a 4 hour drive and I wanted to minimize time there and he assured me it was. When we inspected the vehicle it wasn't clean the gas light was on and the explorer had very noticeable dings, scratches, rust and mix matched paint it was in awful shape for having 21k miles. We left after 15 minutes and drove 4 hours back. They should be removed from your list of reliable dealership, the deception of this vehicle from Mo was ridiculous.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience. They responded right away with an email and phone call, and had the car clean and ready when I got there. I was allowed to test drive the car by myself. When I got back Moe gave me plenty of time and space to mull things over and make a decision without pressure or trying to talk me into an upgrade. The paperwork process was fast and easy, and the manager was also friendly and professional. They are a no haggle dealership (I tried!) But they did give me a military discount and the car was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Inline!

One of then most painless things we have ever done- we arrived and
were greeted by Tony- we had a particular vehicle in mind and he found
the keys and let us take a look. Later we asked for a test drive a few
minutes of paperwork and we had the vehicle- on the road. We had a
looked around a lot before we went to the lot- so we knew what we were
looking for- we bought it straight away. They have a no haggle policy- but
our vehicle had low mileage and was still about $2,000 under others of
the same year. I was very satisfied with the service. I'll check these guys
out again for my next vehicle.

I'm still waiting on a return phone call after several attempted request for info on a piticular vehicle. After reading the reviews It doesn't take much of a manager to see that most of the employees are running this business into the ground with seriously below average "intention to detail" customer service.

The salesman never acted as if he was interested in working with us. Said they would call and we had to call. Vehicle was not clean on the first visit and when went back on the next visit they still had not cleaned the vehicle. It was sold before we really got a good chance to talk to someone.

Pretty much self service and no sales pressure. Look over cars and choose the ones of interest to test out. A bit too laid back for me in that did not always know where to find the cars on the lot. Some good deals though.

They were very pleasant but just doesn't seem like a detail orientated dealership. Drove their car but one of the warning lights came on while driving. I;m pretty sure they knew about it. Definitely something wrong with car. Wouldn't shop there again.

Dealer never responded to request for information on vehicle. Call ahead to see if car was available to arrive and find out it had been sold.Salesman showed me a 2010 mercedes that had an awful paint job. The car looked like it had been through Hell literally, externally. Car not worthy of showing to any customer looking to finance a car.

Was going to buy a car that day and drive 1-1/2 to see the cars in lot but he just left... Don't think I'll go back... Lost a good sale & word of mouth for future sales.

We went to visit this dealer and we had discussed purchasing the vehicle. The sales guy told us he would call back at 10:00 Monday morning once he discussed it with his GM and he NEVER called back. Terrible service. We went back Wenesday to ask why and he said there was no deal to be made. He didn't even have the courtesy to call us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will not spend our money here. And it was going to be paid in cash...!

I called this dealer to get information
about a 2008 BMW X5 that had. The
person I spoke with acted as if i was
bothering him but he did say that I could
come see the vehicle and test drive it. I
called him back to see if I could take it
to my mechanic and he seemed to have
a problem with that and asked who the
mechanics was, then told me it would
have to stay in Wake County with the car
and I couldn't take it to my mechanic
since it was in Durham. He suggested
that I take it to the dealer in Raleigh.
Everything about this place seemed off,
I didn't get a good feeling from them,
seemed shady. They may have great
cars but I will never know because the
customer service is terrible.

I visited this lot on March 2, 2015 around 4:00 pm. The first guy that greeted me was friendly and handed me the keys to check the car out. The actual "salesman" who I approached about a test drive never introduced himself or shook my hand. I went to start up the car and it looked as though it didn't have enough gas to make it off the lot. I informed the "salesman" and he said it's ok because I wouldn't be going too far. With the fear, I drove off the lot and the car seemed fine other than the interior. The "salesman" was no where to be found when I returned and I had to go looking around the office to find someone. Another "salesman," who also never introduced himself didn't seem too enthused about talking with me and didn't even ask if I wanted to sit down. He went into his office and yelled out a question for me. I thought, "How unprofessional" in my head. I invited myself into his office to sit down. He told me that the KBB site recommended $1000 for my used 2003 Cadillac Deville which was absurd. He acted as this was law. Either way he didn't ask if I wanted to proceed or what I would like to do. He repeatedly said that the car was only on their lot for 2-3 days when I kept telling him I had been looking at the car online for more than two weeks. With the extremely low mileage, it was so strange to see that the interior of the car was so worn. As I started to leave, he didn't ask my name, shake my hand, or give me a card. He told me the first "salesman's" name was Moe. I felt very unwelcomed here and did not feel that they even cared to have my business. I doubt I will return. Customer service still means a whole lot to me.

The vehicals that I was introduced to were overpriced for their horrible condition. Totally unbelievable terrible experiance except for the Administrator/Receptionist who spoke english and was quit pleasant. I would not recommend to any friend of mine to visit this dump of a dealership!

Excellent service, bought a 2006 Toyota sienna. Needed a few cosmetic things fixed, which was no problem. Sam was very nice and even let us take the car to our mechanic to check it before we bought it. Would definitely recommend!

We like the car, but it had an oil leak and the inside roof material was in terrible shape, including being stapled. The salesman refused to come down on the price saying that we could get the roof fixed for around 50 bucks. But what about the oil leak? He
kept insisiting that their was no leak even after my husband showed him the oil all over his fingers. Not a good dealer...would not recommend them.
