They are honest with all the fees that various government agencies require of Florida car dealers. I was disappointed that they wouldn't budge on the out-the-door price.

Jacob was awesome to work with. He has a wealth of knowledge, extremely patient and very pleasant to deal with. Mrs. Suzanne was super easy to work with in the finance department. I not only inquired about the vehicle, but I bought it and absolutely love it! I would definitely drive the 3+ hours again to do business with them in the future!

Great service to the car to my work, could not have been easier.
The salesman were great, but the manager lack of integrity and respect is priceless. After notify them with money on hand to buy the vehicle, I was on the way , there were someone else buying the car with the manager blessing. I drove an hour , me and my wife took time from m our jobs and my sick baby with us. You can imagine the rest.

Although the staff at Flammer Ford were fine, I cannot endorse a dealership that still utilized tactics from the 80’s. Forcing a customer to pay over $2,000.00 extra for a package that isn’t applicable is shady. The package included things like paint sealant, cloth treatment, etc. manufacturers protect their vehicle finishes just fine. When confronted, the sales person even admitted nothing in the package was necessary. Refused to do business there. Ended up finding a much nicer vehicle at less cost, and less hassle.

I expressed some concerns about the
many aftermarket parts on their truck as a
means to negotiate a better price but when
they learned that I was a cash customer,
their price went up $1000! The dealership
posted a price that included a $1000 trade-
in bonus but as a cash customer, I was
expected to pay $1000 more than the
advertised price!

The car I drove was what I was looking for but it had a defective drive train and they stated that they all drive like that. It was precertified but they were unwilling to look into my concerns about the excessive York pull to the right. I will never do business with them anymore.

We contacted the dealer on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Three different people contacted us and when I called Friday night to verify that the truck was still there, Kathy didn't seem to remember me, but said the 2015 F-150 Lariat 4X4 truck is still available. We drove nearly 100 miles to see the truck that was "Certified Pre-Owned" and discovered that the passenger seat track was broken. Doug in sales, who Kathy assigned us to said that it was noted in their 170 point inspection, but was never fixed. It also appeared that the outstanding recall was never addressed. Doug said "Someone dropped the ball". They knew we were coming from another area three days in advance and they still did not make sure the truck was ready. The repairs could not be completed on Saturday, so we left without buying the truck. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Long time Ford customer, but first time at this dealership. Cash buyer lost.

This dealer told me to come see the vehicle I inquired on, on Friday and by Wednesday they had sold the car to someone else without any notice.... Terrible business. Very rude.

When we called to inquire about a car, we were immediately sent over to Greg, who was super helpful and made sure to answer all of our questions. We were very interested, but were 4 hours away. Greg worked with us to send photos and videos of everything that we asked. The car was absolutely spotless and Greg had the CarFax ready and waiting for us. We ended up purchasing that car, and were so pleased with all of the steps of the process. They allowed us to take the vehicle to a mechanic, worked with us through out the process, and were warm and welcoming. I would recommend this dealership (and especially Greg!!!!) to anyone and everyone!

No play on price but it was already priced well. Watch the paperwork as i almost signed on an extended warranty and wheel and tire package of over 2k over purchase price but otherwise very friendly and has a 90 day powertrain warranty. They had a carfax for the vehicle and a purchase order of things they fixed on the vehicle before sale.
The dealership was very helpful and accommodating over the phone. They
answered specific questions and sent me additional pictures and video. I
decided not to go look at this car since the middle row had bucket seats and
not a bench which was what I was looking for.

The dealer was courteous and we did test drive the truck but my
husband decided it was just not the truck for him. The dealer has been
in touch with us. We still have not decided on a truck.

Great Folllow up and customer service in all internet dealings. We did
not travel to dealership because we determined the car type would not
meet our needs, however all interactions with the dealership were
professional and courteous.

Yes they contacted me but there is/was a hold on the sale of any new
Transits due to a recall on the crankshaft. Can not test drive or purchase until

First and second contact over the phone sales person was very helpful, polite, and upbeat. Sales person that assisted me at the location was not as helpful. Also started the price at their listed price even though I stated that the price was over $1000 lower on the Internet. At that point he did accept that as a starting price, but just ran his numbers and that was it. However I will say that the car was in very good shape compared to what other dealers state on their web sights

My credit score is 740 and the best financing plan they offered me was at 9% interest. For a 2013 ford truck. Why do I pay my bills on time if I don't get to reap any benefits? Total joke, would recommend securing your own financing if you want to buy here.

The Manager, the salesperson Tom and the Financial officer Jay treat my wife and me like family. The car was waiting for is ready for test drive. They worked very efficient and hard to please us with the numbers. Special mention to Jay, he explained us few tricks to increase our credit rate.

The dealer called, called back with a price drop, while I was in the process of getting pre approval for the financing. Then as I worked thru the vehicles I had to chose from, I settled on one in another dealership. When I was called again by this dealer, I explained that I did buy already. They were very polite and professional on every call, and impressed me, with how they handled everything, definitely would consider them in the future, as my luck with car dealers is non-existing. Why does honesty seemed to disappear when you walk inside a car dealer's showroom?
