I was very interested in this car but they were not willing to work with me. The sales people are nice but the manager doesn’t seem to actually want to make sales. I wouldn’t go back.

This dealership is completely unprofessional and rude. I went to check out a car I was interested in. It was marked overpriced on cargurus and all I did was state that and the sales guy throw a tantrum about how all the cars are marked at market value even tho I could show him proof it was overpriced and he refused to sho me his comps then refused any further service to me. Really a piss poor sales man. Little did he know I was willing to pay whatever I really wanted that car all he had to do was make me feel comfortable with the price. He didn't even let me test drive it. He had the perfect opportunity to pitch his sale to me but never did. I had a 10,000 down payment budget and 750 credit. Dude let a sale slip right out of his hands. Smh I see that car has still been sitting on your lot for over a month now. Goodluck making sales with the kind of salemen you have at ur dealership.

I felt like I was one trying to sell the vehicle. Sent them many emails and text and would get back to me super late, besides the point They asked to see vin# and pictures of vehicle that I was trading so I sent it… and nothing no response, he claims that he didn’t get my email which I know he did…I was already prequalified…..maybe they sold too many cars this month….I found me a newer truck with less mileage and a great customer service.

Horrible they promised everything and convince you to do online app. They tell you wont effect your credit as much as you think as long as you go with there approval within 30days. Then they tell you they work with over 205 banks no worries. BS and 14 points of my credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR DO ONLINE APP!!!
Contacted this dealership asking for a car fax on a car they had listed. He did reply initially and said he would send the car fax in the morning.
The next morning came and went and I never received a reply or the car fax report.
When the dealer sent out a prepackaged follow up email I responded and let them know that since they have never sent the car fax I ended up buying a different car. I got a terse response saying that he sent the carfax the same night he said he would do it in the morning (which is a lie). Honestly it would have been better if he just apologized and said he forgot because he was busy or occupied. I’d rather deal with a busy person than a liar.

Quick and responsive
Would not move on the price. I drove 2.5 hrs and looked at it. It had some oil leaks and no sales people came out to acknowledge. So we went else where and Purchased a Jeep. Better deal and mechanical shape.

Congrats on your new purchase. We have 250 vehicles with yellow signs hanging in the windows advertising "No Hassle Price". 95% of our customers make their purchase decision based on our low prices. As your review states you drove 2.5 hrs to purchase our vehicle because it was priced well. You didn't leave with it because you wanted a $1k discount.

Great on contacting you about your interest of a vehicle. Plenty of emails and ven even asked if it was okay to text message me to discuss my interest of the car. To clarify, I don't think the sales reps know much about the real condition of the products they're trying to sell.
I was told all these great things about the car, no mechanical issues, everything works great, ect. I went to look at the car and found out the truth. The sales rep wasn't prepared to answer any questions I had about mechanical issues, interior condition, service records. He did however show me the car fax. I didn't like what I read. I investigated my issues of concern and found that the car was damaged in the front and not fully or properly repaired. Wiring had been tampered with and components didn't work properly.
I addressed the issues with the rep. and he said there wasn't much they could do. He assured me that someone would buy it at that price. I feel bad for the fool that does. Crooks & scammers.

He contacted in timely fashion, I'm was looking for something with a little more horsepower. I have 2007 Shelby GT and I was looking at my options to either to add a supercharger or trade in and purchase one with a supercharge. The mileage on my vehicle is half of this one so I decide add the supercharger.
Contacted this dealer and filled out a app for a car they contacted me right away but after that I never heard from them to know what the decision was on my app for an approval for a car or if I didn’t get approved. Terrible customer service but they still ran my credit and really wish they didn’t since they never notified me about anything.

Experience was very professional and timely. When I arrived at the dealership there was absolutely no pressure during the whole process and I ended up purchasing a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I work directly with Ricky Who answered all my questions and did an outstanding job delivering to me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am 50 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. I have to say that the staff there is better than any major dealership I have ever dealt with.

I’ve had issues with the truck since I bought it. These issues were supposed to be fixed before I bought it but they were just covered up. I also could have gotten a better loan if I went to another dealership where they actually care about their customers. I would never buy another vehicle from here.

interested. No worries. My car was a 2001 BMW
750iL with the Protection Package. Since it was
a 12 cylinder engine they didn't want the vehicle.

The first person I heard from wasn't available the next day so I ended up
negotiating with two different people but they were friendly and prompt. I
didn't end up buying from them but they were very responsive. I just needed a
lower price than they were willing to go on the vehicle.

This dealer responded to the question I had about this vehicle's listing as a
2016 S 90D. The body style for this vehicle changed in 2016 which is not
representative of the photos displayed and the paint on this vehicle was not
offered in 2016 on this vehicle. This dealer referred me to their website for
further information. I question this dealer's listing and would refrain from
doing business with them if they are not willing to address a very simple
question directly.

I question whether this review makes any sense however I would like to address your original questions first and be as straight forward as possible. The vehicle is a 2016 model. It looks like every other 2016 that is being advertised online or in print. The color of the vehicle is labeled "TITANIUM METALLIC" by Tesla. It is a color that is offered in 2016 Models. In our system it comes up as Champagne. We sell used cars of all makes and models. We are not Tesla specialists. Many vehicles have exotic color descriptions, we do not find it necessary to search out the name of every one

This dealer is shady! Do not do business with these dealer!!! I
contacted them this morning before I left around 11:30 am
regarding 08 ls 460 Lexus which was posted for $13953 and I drove
3 hours to check the car before I purchase it and by the time I got
there the price went up to $16785, $3000+- more than initial asking.
I was told the price changed this morning. Wasted my day and gas.

Okay it's not often I give anybody 5 stars for anything
because I feel there's always room for improvement...
however, Kareem's Auto Sales happens to capshare that
honored roll of five stars!
First step on the lot and we were in greeted by Moe. Mo
assisted us in the vehicle we came to look at as referred
by CarGurus. Everything was exactly as pictured and as
advertised and I was already in love with the car before I
got there. After being given keys to go test drive and then
returning to the lot Mike was assigned to us as our sales
specialist. There's something honest and trustworthy
about both these guys and I felt very comfortable that the
Carfax and maintence history was in full disclosure.
I would definitely recommend visiting this car lot because
they have a ton of fabulous vehicles to choose from. I
almost got distracted by wanting to drive several other
very attractive cars until Moe reminded me that I already
knew exactly what I was looking for when I got there and
I found it as soon as I walked on the lot so why I get
distracted. I'm so glad he said that because I love my car
and the purchase process we're smooth and flawless.

Excellent service. We called ahead to check on a car advertised on their
website. Ricky had it waiting for us to check out and test. Buying it was

that I was interested in was much higher than the dealer down
the street for the exact same truck, his prices are very high and
he offered me $6000.00 less than jelly blue book for my trade

Extremely dissatisfied, lied to, broke their promises relative to financing plans. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Drive a few more blocks down Fulton to and stop by Save Auto Sales. Purchased this same vehicle for 2 thousand less and was treated with respect and the way I, as customer expect to be treated.
