Didn't end up buying from them (didn't like the make and model) but they went out of their way to be nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable about what they are selling. Not pushy, just want to get a deal that is good for both sides. If the right model pops up with then, I will definitely go back.

It was one contact regarding a car I was interested in. No follow-up, but I did get the information I needed to inform my next steps.
I went to Kane's Auto after seeing a Taurus SHO for sale. Contacted them before driving the 1 hour trek. When I arrived, the salesman was
very nice, although the car, after being listed for 3 days, was still not cleaned, nor site inspected. I took the car for a spin and found it mostly in
decent shape, however the AC/radio panel was not working. Returned to lot to find that they knew about it, but didn't disclose on the phone.
They told me they would replace it. In the end, wwe couldn't come to a financial agreement, but walked away as two gentlemen, with no
pressure involved at all. I would check them out again, just be more specific with them over the phone before a long drive.
Drove 2 hours to purchase this LOW MILEAGE beauty! Was up at 2 am that morning looking, not expecting to be approved or leave with a vehicle that day but I did and PJ was GREAT, we did everything prior to me driving down and by 6pm I was on my way home with her. After being told NO by ALL other dealerships Kane's said YES. We are already planning on purchasing another from there and referring anyone we can. Thank you sincerely for making this the EASIEST vehicle purchase and making me a long term customer!

I had such a great experience at Kane’s Auto Sales. Shaun was so helpful, kind and never pressed me to purchase anything. We were able to negotiate and settle on a deal that was really great. It was such a quick deal that we were able to make. We spoke, test drove the car and purchased the car within an hour and half. I would recommend everyone that I know who needs to purchase a car go to Kane’s. They are truly the best!

Where do I start first I went to go see a Chrysler 300C and had some wear and tear on the body which is understandable. When I opened up the hood I noticed that there was water inside I asked him out of the water get there he said probably from driving the car I noticed that the car has been sitting for awhile from the dirt to build up around the tire well the brakes were completely rusted along with the calibers. But has I opened up the engine I noticed that the bar behind the grill with bended it was never repaired because rust developed on it I asked him how did a frame get bent was he an accident and he tried his hardest tech cover up the fact that it's just a minor part that is not part of the frame. Lol sorry to inform you that it was part of the frame. Then has we went inside to talk the car at this particular time with price that 61 the payments you I wouldn't trust it unless I took it to my mechan. Needless to say they were too busy on trying to cover up the problems.

I asked a question about what is needed for the vehicle to pass Massachusetts inspection, since they told me that it needed work before it would pass inspection, but instead of answering my question, they told me to call them, so they could help me find the right car for me. I'm interested in the Honda Ridgeline, not the 'right car for me'.

Jason Thank You and we try as much as possible to contact you back once a lead or phone call is rec'd, but please check back as much as you like, each week we get in 10-15 plus cars a week from going to the auctions, trade ins, buying off the street etc, I am not sure what car you were first interested in but for most part we get the same type of cars all the time for the mere fact that we have come to know what sells for us...go to kanesautosales.com and check what we have today and hopefully we can earn your business.

This dealership has no idea what they are doing. Car was a mess dirty inside and out. I was ready to buy cash instead of making it easy they nickel and dime you to death. I left and bought another mini at a Volvo dealership. The process was so much better. This is your typical used car dealer squeezing every penny out of the deal. If you want ripped off then buy a car here.

Sorry to have to write this to you but I couldn't be any less happy with your "sales" person Eddie.
I contacted him about a car on Monday, he got right back to me. Told me I couldn't see the car until it got done being looked over by your shop crew; understandable.
I texted him the details of my trade in and told him I could come in any night after 5 or over the weekend.
Never heard back.
I call today (three days later) to try and set up a time to see/buy the car and he tells me it sold an HOUR ago.......
Are you kidding me!?!?! I would have left work early to go get that damn car. Instead I get the cold shoulder from your "salesman"
Sorry to say but he has ruined any chance you had of ever making a sale with me and I will be sure to spread the news of how lousy the supposed "service" was that I received.

Maggie I should have responded to this earlier and I apoligize the vehicle you are talking about was a wholesale as is 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, the vehicle was a trade in from a repeat customer we took it in trade knowing that it needed a lot, the reason you were told by Eddie about shop we wanted to see if we could find a transmission that is basically impossible, I know that you feel like we did you wrong in some way but that was never the intent, once we went thru it and were going to sell it to the public it sold to a young kid from So Dakota right away he drove her and shipped it

Steve was really friendly and he clearly enjoys cars. He was great
about taking the car to Manchester Subaru to have a pre-purchase
check-up (they, on the other hand, were no fun to deal with!) since I
live almost two hours away from them. The price negotiation with
Frank was straightforward. I took one star away because the car was
not immaculate (it was fine, but not perfectly detailed) and my
request to patch a small scratch on the door was not taken care of as
had been agreed. I'd still use them again and recommend them.

I didn't stay too long as the car I was interested in turned out to be a rust bucket. The entire underside looked as though it had been sitting in water for months. They should be paying someone to buy it. Too bad.
