Called and asked specific questions about an advertised car, and just got told to come there and check it out. Would not answer any questions about the vehicle. Just rude and short.
I would have had to travel an hour and half to reach this dealer which is why I had called to inquire about the car. (Found out that the driver door doesn't work/open by reading a different customer review)
This issue was not posted in the description. Glad I didn't waste a trip there.
Overall impression: Can not recommend this dealership

Response time was very slow and was
unwilling to negotiate the price I saw the
vehicle in person and there was unlisted
damages
Everyone was very nice . The check engine light was on and they hooked it up to a machine to see what was wrong , and just a sensor was the issue . I have only had the car since 2/27/19 . As long as nothing goes wrong with my car major I will continue to be very happy because I got exactly what I wanted and I pray so hard that nothing goes wrong

Even though this particular car didn't work out for us, the staff was very
helpful....they had the car ready for us to test drive with hood open, etc
so we could observe before test driving.....thank you

Where do I start....i was told the ONLY thing
wrong with the car was a wheel bearing, it was
even listed as that, wrong...both hub bearings
were bad, control arm was broken, brakes and
rotors were trashed, I'm talking metal on metal...i
knew that when we test drove it...had a severe
rough idle..was told it because of the type of
engine lol, that was coming from their mechanic
if that tells ya anything. Now on to the place
itself. People were nice. Building was
disgusting.Ya get what ya pay for i guess.

a salvage title. KBS has their own body shop and mechanics who can
repair a wrecked car for resale.

No one came out to see if I needed anything, so I found the car on my own. When I did, I had to laugh...it appeared that someone tried to cover up body/bumper damage with a paint brush and black paint!

I bought the car I went in for it was a amazing experience I feel like I got a deal and they were super friendly and and quick only thing that bothered me was there were a couple customers coming back for work on their car so maybe you should take someone who knows something about cars nothing major was wrong with mines but they are auction cars anywho I LOVE my new car

Everyone that I talked to was very helpful. They were even willing to work
with me on a few things. I bought the car and I love it! Everything went
smoothly as far as paperwork went. I was in and out of there in less than an
hour. Great customer service and everyone was very friendly. I would give
them 6 stars if it were possible.

I don't think they ever responded to my online inquiry. However, they usually answer the phone when I call. I have not bought a car yet because the car I want is not yet on sale. Will update this review after I purchase the vehicle

Went to lot on a Wednesday was helped by a very nice person, Lee, talked to the owner and agreed upon a price. There were several minor issues that the dealer was to fix and agreed to pick-up on Saturday. Telephoned and went to lot on Saturday and it was closed, thought perhaps related to cold weather, left phone message. Monday attempted several phone calls before receiving a response and was surprised to be told that staff were not aware of anything that needed to be done and that I would need to talk to the owner. Had to leave a message for the owner, Yatma, who did call back and indicated he was unaware of the requested "fixes" and that he would like a reminder call on Tuesday so that he could have the vehicle prepared by Friday/Saturday of this week. Called at designated time and received voice mail, left a message reminding him of issues and to please return call for confirmation of voice message. I have not received a return call yet and will update this review with final outcome. I must say I have been discouraged as the initial visit and customer support was good, friendly, and cooperative. I hope follow through occurs as I would like to purchase the vehicle with resolution of agreed upon repairs.
