I only just bought my 2011 335i from them a week ago but they were great. My mechanic looked the car over and said it's in good shape aside from a couple small issues that will need to be addressed, but for a 12 year old used car nearing 100k miles they sold me a good car for a decent price.

I had an amazing experience here, Just bought this lovely Ford Edge and it was my first car. Vehicle is amazing runs great and price was unbeatable, on top of that, customer service by David the owner has helped me big time. My experience here will not be forgotten. I definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in either buying fully or financing. Cars all look clean and fresh at this location. Don't spend your money anyone else, come to this location. it's local and easy to get there as well.

David was very straight and to the point, the car was as he described it, no surprises, none. Place was clean and buyer friendly. I drove in from NY, and was able to inspect the car, test drive it, and close the deal in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend due to the Professionalism and respect shown.

The dealer was very attentive. Even with customer he acknowledged me with his greeting. Eric was very helpful polite and honest. For the guy who wrote he was a scammer. Was not correct. I am writing this review to warn and guide any unsuspecting shopper on how to avoid being misled into thinking they have a great deal, but are really being taken advantage of. Be weary of polite and cordial salesman who appear nice on the surface, but hide fees in the contract along with unsavory business practices when it comes to bringing the vehicle to be inspected by your own mechanic. Listing states car was running well and just serviced, but was in mechanic for weeks before purchase. Was charged an exuberant amount for doc fees and registration & plate fees to cover the the lose on the "discount" they offered me to take the car as-is. Was promised a call back twice, but call has not been returned til this day. Customer service here is disagreeable. I would not wish my experience on anyone and do not recommend this dealer for car buying.

AMAZING!! Thank you Eric and David. This was the best car shopping experience I ever had. Both Eric and David are very straight forward and honest people. They went above and beyond to make my car shopping hassle free. I am so happy with my 2009 Lexus RX 350 which they gave me a great deal on. I don't normally write reviews, but they deserve all 5 stars and would give them 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend this small dealership, and will head straight to their website if ever I'm in the market for another used car, as I know they will deal with me upfront and honest.

I dealt with Dave and he got me into my Mercedes Benz truck that was beyond amazing!!! Very down to earth and was willing to work me. All paperwork went through as planned and Amir helped me put on plates. I really felt this was better experience then going to a physical Mercedes dealership, minus the expensive coffee!! Lol. Was really recommend to anyone to purchase their next dream car from here!!!!!

They got back to me right away , however it seems to be a big deal to get a picture of the suv to see what alloy rims it has. Been over a week and still no picture of the suv

The salesman Amir was professional and ready to make a deal. He was also ready to address any issues that arose with the vehicle( 2009 bmw 535xi) to the tune of replacing a bad tire and wheel alignment (all while having to travel to NY from NJ to get the tire and spending all day, when issue after issue arose with a simple process. Only reason not 5 stars, is because I had to wait 2days for everything to be resolved. I recommend this dealer

My experience has been horrible with this dealership, I paid this car a month ago and shipping, because I lived in Missouri and Them send nothing or the car and the title, and do not serve well by phone only serve you well when you pay the money Then they don't call you back,

Mike was a no pressure salesman. His straight personality was refreshingly honest and he's a man of his word on backing the quality of his cars. We mutually had agreed to cancel my sale after an in depth car inspection had revealed an undercarriage issue which made the car inoperable. KBB Auto Sales is on my short list of worthwhile dealerships to get a car from.
