I was ready to buy and simply asked for a way to give them the Information they needed without
signing a credit application as this was a cash sale. Their response was that was the only form
they have and if I wanted the truck then I would have to follow their policies and procedures.
Obvious where this was headed. No thanks. Plenty of dealerships to choose from. Steer clear of
this one.

Great car dealer was friendly and knowledgeable about car.Lot was clean and organized.
I was ready to buy a car using my own financing, but Brandon refused to let me and insisted on running a hard credit inquiry without my
consent. When I declined multiple times, he claimed there was no other option and told me that if I don’t finance through them, I can look
elsewhere. If you plan to bring your own financing, be prepared for heavy pressure to use theirs instead — misleading and not customer-
friendly.

Very difficult to communicate with. A lot of internal confusion, led to a truck that I wanted to buy being sold
without my or my sales person's knowledge. They blamed an IT glitch. It's a small dealership, they shouldn't
have to rely on technology so much.

I called the dealer up he was very friendly and I explained what I needed to know about the car that I wanted to buy and he started with the Honda I believe it's a Honda Accord and he was very knowledgeable and very professional and he looked he basically responded and knew everything that about what he was doing as a A+ you know car salesman A+ you know I'm not sure if he was the owner but he look like it he was well-dressed and I mean he spoke well and very professional so I give him a five he was very very good

I had an appointment on 2/22/25 to look at a Mini S model as an extra run around town car. We
arrived at JBC 15 minutes early and looked around. It was about 15 minutes before anyone
acknowledged us. A young salesman named Robert stepped away from his clients to ask if we
needed help. It happens that Robert was the salesman that we had an appointment with. I want to
make it clear THAT I GIVE ROBERT 5 STARS for his CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Robert is an asset to
this dealership; he has a wonderful personality and was the only one to greet us even though he had
clients at his desk (Thank You Robert). Roger the finance manager was the worst negotiator ever;
Roger was condescending and doesn't understand how to make a deal with a customer ready to
write a check. Roger didn't make a counteroffer, BIG MISTAKE! Unfortunately, I can't share all my
experience with the car industry, and how many cars I have purchased including flying out of state to
ship them back home. There is a word limit on here.

The salesman I worked with over the phone and at the facility was wonderful. He had the car ready and was great to work with throughout the process. Unfortunately, his supervisor slowed down my purchase process to allow another buyer, who came in several hours after after me, to purchase the vehicle (even after I had taken the vehicle to a garage to get looked at!). After I declined the warranty and theft protection, the supervisor made the call to sell the vehicle to the other buyer to maximize their profit. This was disappointing because my son liked the vehicle and we were planning to purchase it.

Dealer was quick to response. Listing was available and a test drive was scheduled. Car was clean and ready for a test drive. The entire “Just Better Cars” team was welcoming and had great customer service. The buying process was smooth and easy. I definitely recommend to family and friends.
It was good to speak to them but its very hard to be kept in the loop on your approvals. Unless you have what they want you're on the back burner until they decide to get to you

While I haven't picked up the truck yet, Eman was/is very helpful and patient. He is easy to work with. I expect to be getting the truck by Aug. 11th. (2023)
Went to see 2006 Toyota Sienna w/ 82k miles which sounded promising. Dealer allowed me to take it to my mechanic for an inspection which boosted confidence as most wont allow you to drive it beyond a certain distance. 2nd, my mechanic confirmed he bought 2 SUVs from Just Better Cars and good things to say. In his pre-purchase inspection he uncovered $6700 worth of repairs!!! When I got back and showed Justin the write up he immediately back pedaled and stated they knew about the leaks, rear arm bushings, transmission service, timing belt, etc that needed to be done. He was just a grunt so he went and got a manager who sat down very aggressively looking at me and said they were not going to reduce the price but if I wanted I could get the work done by them at a discount! Yeah right!! It's been on the lot over 2 mos and they're looking for a sucker.. the price history shows! Not willing to negotiate a 17yo van worth $3k cash looks dumb on their part. Get an inspection! Stay away!

Bill the in sales was great. Everything was explained to me in detail. Would definitely do business with them again.
Poor customer service. Showed me a 2015 hyndai
accent that needed work done. It had a broken taillight
and rusty rims. The manger and sales woman said it will
all be fixed next week if and asked me to come back
then. When I reached out to asks if the car was fixed.
The woman said only the Mechanical issues will be
fixed, no rust removal or teilight because their
considered cosmetic. And they also raised the price up
on the car after the work was done. So I just told them
no way will I do business with people like you.

Terrible experience they say there going to call you but never do you have to call them, and to top it off they disregard you for wanting to finance because someone else has cash and wants the same truck even though you hit them up first trying to buy it. Would not recommend at all!!!!

Took them a day to contact but the person was nice. Scheduled me an appointment for the following day but then before my appointment, he informed me that the vehicle was already purchased the night before. & then I received another text from the same dealership stating that the car is available. After informing them that I was told otherwise. They checked their inventory and confirmed that it was sold. The gentlemen was nice but looks like there communication isn't all there.
I asked questions about the car and requested more pictures as they only had two on the website. The response I got was yes it’s for sale here is a link to our website.

This is a small dealership and they seem to be very nice and they seem to negotiate but they have their point because they're small they have to sell at a certain price which I understand but sometimes small dealerships give you the best deals well like I said it's up to the consumer if you like the price then go for it

I walked a about a mile in a half to buy the car they knew I was coming because I call them and as I got there they were already selling the car to someone else after they already knew I was coming to buy it... Definitely a bad experience for me I'll never go back to this dealer.

This place just wants your money. They couldn’t budge on the price because “they can’t”. I bought this car because I would be carrying equipment. Test drove it. Came back later and bought it. When I left, the floor panels to the trunk were gone. Can’t carry anything like that!! I called the following Monday and Kareem told me that my salesperson Bill was out and to call back the next day. Called back the next day, still not in, so I spoke with someone in the parts department. He told me he’d talk to Bill about it and get back to me. No follow up, so I call and finally reach Bill. He apologizes and says he’ll look into it. Didn’t hear back. Called again, spoke to Bill who admitted he forgot but will work on it and get back to me on Monday. Today is Monday. Didn’t receive a call, so I called again. Got Kareem again who told me Bill is off. No sales manager today either, just Kareem. Kareem said he heard about my situation and that cars are sold as is. Wow. DONT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys were great. Got contacted back by Johnny Carson and hes even funnier in person! Johnny passed me over to Ronnie and he was phenomenal in helping me do a test drive and ultimately buy my new truck. Love these guys, highly recommend them!

They were the best! The vehicle I originally enquired about was purchased by
someone just as I was pulling up. The staff did a great job of finding exactly
what I wanted in another vehicle. It was the right color, right amenities, and

Extreme waste of time! Drove overnight to have the salesman constantly try to get us to fill out a “backup financing application” when we were pre-approved by our credit union. Very pushy and shady. Didn’t listen to us at all. Extremely disappointed and will never consider this dealership in the future nor will we recommend it to anyone!

Dave Stratton and Jay were awesome, they went out of their way to get my wife and I approved on our financing. We ended up with the truck we wanted and walked away very happy. Best car buying experience we have had so far. Can't say enough about these guys, great dealership, great selection of trucks, honest salesmen and finance. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I called and spoke with Mike Prince and ask if he could send me some photos of the interior to a 2005 Ford F150 4X4 they had for sale. I also received a call from Jay Riegle, who was also very friendly. He told he was working with Mike. This was on Wednesday 2/15/17. Mike was very accommodating and on Thursday 2/16/17 Mike had uploaded a video to YouTube so I could see the exterior and the interior while describing the truck. On Friday evening 2/17/17 I called to speak to mike, I was told by Jay that he had left already and he asked if he could be of help. I told him i saw the video and was interested in the truck. We agreed on a price over the phone and told him I would be there Saturday morning 2/18/17 to test drive it and if I liked the way it drove and looked I would buy it. About an hour after the test drive I left with my truck. There were no hassles and the price was as we agreed to on the phone. This is how car buying should be.
