Friendliest place I have ever been to for a car.

They wanted almost 40 percent over MSRP and even though the vehicle is in high demand and short supply, that is beyond reasonable. I will not deal with them in the future.

Could not get an estimate for my trade-in. Asked two people about it since I was out of state. Didn't even get a simple yes we're interested or no we're not. Very poor communication overall.

They called me and told me about the truck. Then followed up to let me know that it sold. And emailed to see if i was interested in anything else they had in inventory. I was real happy with them.

Great service. Cameron was very efficient and honest. Ended up buying a great truck. The one we wanted. Quicker than other dealerships.

the saleslady gave me info on another wrangler which confused me. I was looking for the Rubicon, not a base model with a 2.5L

Try to do as much as possible over the phone explained our situation which is not good But they said just like everybody we can get your financed sure anybody can be financed at 7 or $800 a month no thank you They didn't include my car as a trade also so they we went in to financing under the impression we had our car as a trade they didn't do that at all just left a really badd taste in our mouth

The dealership was a bit persistent, but overall very nice and helpful. I did not end up making my purchase, but will do so this summer.

Xavier was the first to contact me. I didn't realize it was in Buckeye which is the furthest away from me. And he followed up with additional contacts.

Good experience. Truck was ready for test drive and inspection. Test drive went well and I agreed to purchase. Credit and paperwork ran thru smoothly. The truck was gassed up and cleaned when I returned to pick it up. The only thing that might have been done better were the chips on the winshield should have been repaired before customers inspected truck. They did arrange to have them repaired at my location and convenience. There were follow up calls and contact to make sure all was well.

The crew at Jones ford are very nice people, but I will not be buying another vehicle from them. A few days after I got the vehicle home I noticed a oil leak on my driveway from my car. I week later I received a message saying that I needed to get an emissions test in order to get the cars registration. I’m my opinion with Jones being a mayor dealership they should have taken care of those issues before selling the car

From beginning to end, overall great experience. Using internet tools available, I was able to see the vehicle quickly, unfortunately not able to drive it as it hadn’t been through the shop at that time. Once vehicle was available, I was able to get down there and drive it, not to mention the fact the the price dropped altogether almost 40%. I had suspicions, but if I was given the facts about the price drop, I would be willing to work with that. After getting the scoop and mulling it over, I bought it..& don’t forget the “low” sales tax! (No kidding) after all was said and done, I walked out of there with the car at 20% less than the blue book cost, which was good (as you should save some money for an extended warranty. Fastest paperwork ever, under 10 min. Nothing is perfect, so here are the minuses.. the distance (32 miles from Central Phx, but considering the cost of what I was paying, well worth the trip) The listing while accurate, was available for viewing but not for a test drive until a week later, as it had not been through the shop. So if anything I offer this advice... do your homework, no used car is perfect, even with everything available you will Be fixing something at some point. I appreciated the fact that they told me what would need to be done to the vehicle instead of being surprised later. I appreciated that, which brings me to the extended warranty. If there is one thing I couldn’t stress more is to factor in at least an extra $2000 (est.) for an extended warranty. Do your homework, I can’t tell you how much this has helped with my other vehicles @90000 mi mark. I purchased mine through my credit union and it is great. I also went to my mechanic to find out information about what it will cover for my situation to avoid frustration and lots of wasted time and money. I will say that after all was said and done I paid @$9000 for this car, but best of all...NO PAYMENTS!!! Insurance is still less than $100 monthly / full coverage. Of all the “dealerships” I have dealt with, these guys are the best by far. Are they perfect? No, but they are pretty close...

I told them that I had decided on a different model vehicle and was quite happy with my choice. They did not have any Volvo's in stock and the sales man was courteous enough to not try to pressure me into buying something I did not want. He will check back with me if they do get a Volvo in trade he will notify me. All in all a very good experience.

Three different salespeople called~ All said its available. Was getting ready to drive over a hour to see truck, another sales person called said deposit was given a day earlier! Seriously don't have act together!!

My wife and I were very impressed with our recent visit to Jones Ford dealership in Buckeye. We were greeted professionally by Xavier. He arranged the test drive and viewing of the car easy and without much waiting. His co-worker David was helpful in answering questions during the walk- around. Even though we didn't eventually buy the car but based on Xavier and David 's services I would definitely recommend this dealership to people who are reading this review.

They said they would call back to tell Me if I qualify and never got a call , I called back so many times just to go from sales person to finance. Just very difficult at telling what that person needs to hear .

The salesman was nice, the car was good, but they were deceptive in their negotiations. They tried to sell me a coverage I didn't want and they overcharged me for the sales tax. I would probably not do business with them again.

Price too high and no response to dealer position. e.g. salesman nice but did NOT engage nor budge from his price. Vehicle interior dirty/stained on light upholstery. Over priced.
