Questionable. The mileage posted on some of their vehicles was significantly lower than reality.

I live 1 hour and a half from dealership and was told that the car was available at 845 am. When I arrived at 1230 pm, I was told that they sold the car the night before. Very disappointing.

Lady by the name Brookes, she hew-haw around
trying to sell me a Volvo and I finally ask her about
the 2019 Acura and then she said oh its sold. Then I
said why is it still listed with cargurus? Then she said
I'm sorry. That was the end of our
conservation.Twice after that I got emails asking did
I want to trade in the 2019 acura....people are so

Wonderful experience overall. Dealt directly with their sales team member, Mike, and was able to get all information I needed over the phone. Very responsive and willing to help with all aspects of the purchase

Awesome salesman and dealership. I called before I came to make sure vehicle was still available. They put the vehicle on a hold for me since I was coming from 90 miles away. When I got there salesman had the vehicle up front and ready to drive. Car was beautifully cleaned. Frederick was wonderful to work with. Thanks so much!

them since I was out of state. They told me I
had to do everything, including going to the
DMV to pay taxes, research what I owed. I
brought a like vehicle from another dealer.

Nice salesman, but the car wasn’t. It looked fantastic and I loved it until I drove it. The brakes squealed and it had lots of rattles. Needs some work if they hope to sell this car.

Ran my credit twice after being told it was a soft inquiry then told by the salesman he can run my credit with my bank that already had pre approval but then see and alert for only the dealer then I was told I would need to trade in a car in order for them to finance. Complete waste of my time and dropped my score 7 points the same day. Learned a very good lesson today salesman only do what’s best for them.

There were only two photos in the listing, so I contacted the dealer to ask for more photos. It took nearly a week of back-and-forth before I finally received the photos. I decided to purchase elsewhere.

Very good salesman. May have closed the deal with immediate price
and demonstration of auto drive features during test drive. Tesla (Model
S)experience was far greater. I felt more comfortable with the Tesla so I
bought it at a significant premium.

Poor communication.... with zero follow up from staff. I initially try contacting them via website. It took two day to received a call from them. Prior to them calling, I contacted them before hand. I spoke with Fredrick and he stated he notice my name and he was going to call me. I was interested in the Nissan Titan truck ready to buy and he just wasn't interested in taking me nor my money serious. I could have purchased the truck.
