After a few hours of working out deals and numbers
we finally came to an agreement. TheyâÂÂve ran my
credit and all. I live two hours away from them. The
wind blew a piece of metal roofing loose on my roof
today so I had to rescrew it down before making the
trip (20 mins.). I called the dealership just before
leaving for the trip to get the truck confirming they
would be there since it would be close to their
closing time. The sales manager informed me that
someone else was looking at the truck for me to wait
about 15 mins and they would call back. He did and
informed me they just sold the truck, Thats a really nice way of treating your new customers
considering we already agreed on the price and
payments and they ran my credit putting a hard
inquiry on it. Thats bad business and I will never do
business with them ever again and I hope their
customers know what kind of people they are!!!

They did contact me, but the truck they had was so nice, I just could not justify the amount
of money-- but my communication with the dealer was great.

Great experience ! Entire staff was very friendly & our salesman Jared was very helpful and informative. They had a good price on the truck & gave us above average trade. They followed up with us after the sale & we even got to meet Jeff Johnson when we were there. Would recommend to anyone !

They were fantastic! I live in Ohio and was a little apprehensive since I wasn't able to complete purchase in
person. But Gray, Jason and everyone I dealt with were very quick to reply to my calls & emails. Everything
went very smoothly.

They responded immediately to my email. Frankie was extremely professional (not high pressure) and answered all my questions to help me decide on my purchase. I drove over an hour to see the vehicle and found it to be as described by Frankie, if not better. They were willing to negotiate on the price and the paperwork went very smoothly. I was very glad I took the trip to see the vehicle and feel fortunate that I had a professional like Frankie as my salesman!
