contacted dealer via email, dealer answered stating that the car was available. 2 days later i came down to the dealership and they told me that the car was sold that same morning. this is a classic bait and switch move - the car they have advertised on the site has been for sale for over one year and then magically when i got to the dealership they suddenly sold it, but they have other cars for sale. they kept on trying to sell me something i wasn't looking for - i kept on explaining the kind of car i was looking for but somehow the salesman did not hear me - i would hardly call them ethical. the car which was supposedly sold is still on the site and still "available" for sale. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!

Dealership was best I've worked with regarding customer satisfaction. They contacted me right away anytime I had a question, they worked all the paperwork out prior to my arrival. They did what they said they would do every step of the way. Every person I talked with was very helpful. They always had the answer or would call me back within 30 mins if they didn't. Would definitely recommend.

I did not go to look at the vehicle but the response time and follow up were good.

Good communication but did not make a deal as they were firm on car price. The cars KBB price was over 3500 lower.
